Disappointing Year 11 group photo

I received my daughter's Year 11 group photo, which cost £32. This felt expensive, but for a once in a lifetime memory, I decided to buy. The photo arrived as expected, but I was disappointed by the quality of photography. To my eye, the photographer had shot into the sun, meaning the photo seemed over-exposed, and the clarity on the students was poor. At the very centre of the shot the clarity was acceptable, but at the outside of the group, the faces are quite blurry. I complained to both the school and Fizz. In fairness, Fizz replied, but ultimately saying there's nothing they would/could do. So, £32 down and a very disappointing service. I estimate there were about 250 students in the photo, so with each paying around £30, that's £7,500. Producing the photos/frames likely costs £1,000, so perhaps there's little incentive to focus on quality? Hopefully the school will take parent feedback into consideration.

Terrible

I received my order with a inappropriate envelope it was soaking wet from rain on delivery and photos were then all stuck together and bent and marked. Really disappointed as photos are expensive to previous photographs I've used. I'm still yet to receive my refund I asked for.. the envelope they sent the photos out in are not substantial enough with card to protect the photos. Bad aftersales and customer service. Won't ever use again. .

Sent my daughters photograph to someone else!

Sent my daughters photograph to another pupils parent, then mixed up the codes for my son and daughter. When I called I was told that even though this was their error, I could no longer have the % discount that had now expired. I should have known to call them, not email them at this time of year. It was also the fault of the school, as they should have checked the images. Zero accountabilty. AVOID!

Absolutely ridiculous prices

Absolutely ridiculous prices - £20 for one sheet 10x7 of pictures that you have to cut yourself, not mounted, £30 for one mounted and one self cut 10x7. Of course parents want a school photo, so this seems like blatant exploitation. How shameful.

£15 for ONE 5x7 photograph. Disgusting!

Fizz Photography visited both of my children’s school to take their yearly school photos and I was shocked and sickened to see their prices. They charged £15 for ONE, 7 x 5 school photograph of each child. This is absolutely disgustingly astronomical and profiteering from famillies with children. You should be ashamed of ourselves!

Bad photos at extortionate prices

Our son’s pretty much booked in final school year photo was terrible. We asked Fizz to digitally amend the pictures to make them look acceptable but they said they can’t do this. £22.00 for a single digital photo.
