Bad communication

Bad communication. I accessed tgeir webpage and another one tge sane day. I made a purchase on their but was confused later and thought the transaction was forced by the other webpage. I disputed it online and on the same day I realized it was theirs for a pending purchase so I contacted the bank and requested to cancel it it. Long story short, they blocked me and did not provide the service I paid for although my canceling the dispute returned tge full payment to them. Once they got the refunded amount, they stopped replying to my email and never submitted the service.

I'm sooo disappointed

I'm sooo disappointed by Fiverr service and its level of customer service. Its freelancers are a joke. I had one deliver but only partly did the job and one who said they had started but I had to keep chasing and he still did not provide me with anything...just kept pushing back the date and was over a week late - There is no accountability and freelancers can ghost you if they no longer want to hear from you. The Fiverr customer service team is slow and hard to reach. I would NOT recommend at all. Also do not go for any freelancer by the name of Fynix Novus - a complete waste of time!

A placed an order less than 24 hours…

A placed an order less than 24 hours after that I placed a cancellation request. Fiverr denied the request and then hours later they gonna tell me that the work is done. I canceled the request because I realized it was a scam between a fake job offer recruiter sending me to Fiverr employee to say that I need certain documents in order to apply to this job offer and that each of these 5-9 documents would be $50. Michelle pretending to be Kaiser Permanente for a Director IT role. The Scan was between this so called Recruiter, Michelle and the fiverr Elite worker Dianne. I am trying to get my money back. It hasn’t happened yet.

Fiverr Permanently Suspended My Pro Account With Zero Evidence

I am a vetted Fiverr Pro seller. That means Fiverr's own team reviewed my credentials, approved my profile, and granted me their highest professional designation. I passed their vetting process. I earned that status. And then, without warning, Fiverr permanently suspended my account citing two allegations: "suspicious money transfer" and "multiple accounts."

Here is the truth of what followed.

I reached out to customer support immediately and asked one simple question: what specifically did I do wrong? I asked for the username of the alleged secondary account. I asked for the transaction ID and date of the flagged payment. Across multiple agents, Jade, Felix, and a supervisor named Terry, not one person provided a single piece of specific evidence. Not one.

Instead, I received copy-paste responses telling me the decision was final, that the team had reviewed it multiple times, and that customer support could not help me further. When I pushed for escalation, I got silence. Over 3 days passed after my last message to the supervisor with absolutely no reply.

To make it worse, my first completed order on the platform was also cancelled. I delivered the work. The client accepted it. The order was marked complete. Fiverr cancelled it anyway, taking away my rightfully earned payment with no explanation.

I have been patient. I have been professional. I have documented every message in this conversation. And at every step, Fiverr has responded with vague language, corporate deflection, and a complete refusal to show me the evidence they claim to have against me.

This is how Fiverr treats a Pro account holder. Someone their own platform vetted and trusted.

If you are a freelancer considering Fiverr Pro, understand this: the protection and credibility they promise you means nothing the moment their automated system flags your account. You will receive no transparency, no evidence, no real human review, and no fairness.

I am still waiting for a proper response. My account remains suspended. My earnings from a completed order remain taken. And Fiverr's customer support has gone silent.

Fiverr, my case is still open. Do the right thing.

I paid to get planners done by Madison…

I paid to get planners done by Madison R. And when I received the 1st planner from a KDP order the cover page was so poorly done and looked like a screen shoot not an actual design done by her. I told her I’m not satisfied and to refund a partial percentage or I will write a review.
She refused and I cannot contact her again, which I understood it was Fiverr doing. I unpublished my 2 planners she did for me. She is not qualified and absolutely do not know what she is doing. I will not recommend her at all.
I lost close to $600
Another thing is that it’s very difficult to get in touch with Fiverr. No customer service agents last communication was 4/14/26

Terrible

Terrible. I was looking for a modder to commission a mod, and I found myself suddenly banned without any warning or emails. When I asked for support (it's not easy to contact them), I simply received a generic "You're violating the rules." I asked which one, since it wasn't true and I'd been paying attention, but they didn't respond. I tried again three times and the same thing happened, as if I were talking to a bot. Stay away from this site, it's awful.

BEWARE AND AVOID FIVERR AT ALL COSTS

This is actually a shame but indicative of this backwards world. Im a legitimate consulting practice of nearly 10 years. I setup my business profile in January but have been fortunate with enough work that I've never made it live and public.

However, my business is purchasing a solar system to reduce energy costs so I reached out to FIVERR "engineers" for electrical and structural drawings. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE SIX FIVERRS I CONTACTED LIED, WAS OUT OF THE US DESPITE STATING THEY WERE WITHIN THE US, GAVE NAMES AND LICENSE CREDENTIALS OF SOMEONE THAT WAS NOT THEM.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THESE PEOPLE WERE IMPERSONATING LICENSED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS (PEs)

After attempting to vet these sellers over 2 weeks every single one admits they are outside of the US and they are not really thise people but "THEY REFER WORK TO THEM FOR FINAL STAMPS." when I pressed for validation of the hand off relationship to the real engineers, they all disappeared.

HERE IS WHERE FIVERR DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOU, OR ME, OR ANYONE GETTING SCAMMED AND THEIR ULTIMATE GOALS ARE GREED AND DONT CARE ABOUT YOU.

I make a report and the dumb ass, lazy world we live in, still driven by greed to not to put a real human into the mix to save labor dollars and max their profits, I am forced to an automated bot thing that then gives me prompts to make a claim at some other link which is a) insufficient for the details and b,) forces me to make 6 individual reports. Who has time to do their work for them 6 times!!! Like i said lazy and greedy. I send an email citing my frustration, telling them how they are nuts to think im filing 6 claims.

I get the canned 'human trained to be a robot' response to go to this link to file 6 separate cases. I respond tearing them apart. Not cursing, not belligerent, completely professional but im sure they were 'oh so offended' at being called out for a bs reporting model that discourages reporting, how embarrassed they should be making it that hard because it damages the entire community and I shared all 6 sellers, authorized them to access my messages and told them to have a nice day.

And get this! Here's how Fiverr levels up their game of greed and hurts us even more. Instead of sharing all the pertinent public details about each seller,.especially new ones with no ratings like these 6, they have this clever trick to make you upgrade to Premium to see thise details which might help you avoid sketchy sellers. Again, Greed!!!!!!

Then get this. April 28 i get a permanently deleted account notice (see screenshots) for 'content generated January 13' the only thing I generated then is my professional business profile. Ive been practicing Human Resources for 34 years and running my own consulting practice almost 10 years and there is no reason whatsoever I woukd create anything but the finest reflection of my business and capabilities.

Fiverr looks away from thieves and scammers and this hurts you. Fiverr hides seller information hat could inform you more of a sellers credentials behind a pay wall and this hurts you. Then when you are a diligent, conscientious member of the Fiverr community and uncover fraud, Fiverr makes reporting onerous and this hurts you. Then when you take the time to screenshot and share everything, they do nothing and this hurts you. And when you call them out on tje epic greed and failure they reach back in time 3 months and fabricate a reason to target and retaliate against you and permanently delete your account with the most vague reasons citing you can contact customer support BUT NO CONTACT INFORMATION.

FIVERR is the epitome of service today. Self serving, greedy, the lowest effort possible at the lowest cost to line their pockets with as much money as they can at your RISK and expense. Then they retaliate like a maladjusted teenager who was just chastised for epic failures.

Fiverr should be fined and penalized under some sort of commerce law and when enough buyers are scammed to the level it becomes obvious how they operate unilaterally for their profit I hope it rises to the level.if a class action lawsuit and this record helps substantiate proof. I have every message and screenshot to all 6 scammers and every email fail from fiverr when needed.

Since I haven't changed my offerings, the issue is likely due to updated policy enforcement or an automated misclassification of standard PR activities as prohibited "misleading" or "third-party" violations.

I have offered the exact same PR and media outreach services since the first day I started on fiverr and gained pro vetted status while only being the platform a year My Gig history shows a consistent track record of 50% of my orders completed and 11 canceled and i spoke with support on every turn and successfully completed orders with positive feedback, demonstrating that my services have historically met Fiverr's quality standards."

Clarification of PR vs. Prohibited Actions: "My services involve standard media outreach and press release distribution, which are legitimate marketing practices. I do not provide 'guaranteed' placements, 'fake engagement,' or 'paid reviews,' which are the specific activities prohibited under the Integrity and Authenticity policy."
No Intent to Deceive: "As a professional PR freelancer, I provide clear disclaimers that my work involves pitching to editors and journalists. I have never used misleading titles or overstated claims about what a buyer might achieve, ensuring compliance with the 'Misleading or Deceptive Services' guideline."
Request for Specificity: "Given that my offerings have remained unchanged, I am concerned that an automated system has misidentified a standard PR term as a violation. I respectfully request a manual review of my two specific warnings to clarify which exact word or service triggered this flag.

Auto-Banned. 8 Days for a Reply. Zero Accountability

I sent a freelancer a single message asking which package fit my order. Within the same minute, Fiverr permanently banned my account — no warning, no review, no human involved.
I emailed support to explain that their system is clearly malfunctioning if it auto-bans paying customers for asking pre-purchase questions. It took them 8 days to respond. No apology. No acknowledgment that their system might be broken. No interest in fixing what flagged me in the first place.
If an algorithm can permanently terminate your account in under 60 seconds and the company can’t be bothered to look into it for over a week, that tells you everything about how Fiverr treats the people paying their bills. Avoid.

Account restricted with no real human support

I have been a freelancer on Fiverr for 8 months and genuinely loved the platform until my account was restricted. I am a Nigerian freelancer based in Lagos and I have been trying to verify my identity for days now but the system keeps blocking me.

I have submitted 3 support tickets (#14454266, #14459687, #14461833) and every single time I receive the same automated bot response without any real help. When I complained on Twitter, two agents responded saying support would reach out soon but it has now been 3 days and I have heard nothing.

I have a valid government issued ID and I am ready to verify my identity but nobody is helping me do that. My account username is loveth_opeyemi.

I am not asking for special treatment I just want a real human being to review my case and help me complete verification. Fiverr has been a life changing platform for me and I do not want to lose it over a verification issue that nobody is helping me resolve.

Please Fiverr assign a real agent to my case.

Fiverr Poor Customer Service

Fiverr, I've used Fiverr in the past and they had held their Freelancer's to a positive standard. I just finished with a job order, got completely shafted and they want me to go back to the Freelancer to have him do another job. I believe it's an attempt to keep from draining their income by using and covering up bad work by bad actors. I will not use this company again.

I have been a dedicated Level 2 seller on Fiverr since 2024, maintaining a 4.8-star rating with over 48 five-star reviews. Recently, I attempted to update my gig description to improve its quality, but Fiverr's automated system permanently disabled my account instead. I have tried reaching out to support, but I am stuck in an automated ticket loop where my requests are merged without a human review. I am a real professional whose livelihood depends on this platform. I am asking for a human agent to manually review my case and allow me to revert my edits. Please help me save my business. After blocking freelancer account they tell us that they will open the account after 90 days but 120days have past 180 days have also past and more they did not open the account
And Fiverr have replace all their customers support with bot
They don't want to pay staff that can handle problem they hire bot that misbehave
It's not a safe place for you as a freelancer and as a buyer

Excessive spam and lack of security filters for new sellers

Dear Fiverr Support Team,
I am writing to formally express my deep frustration regarding the VERY POOR security and quality of the leads I have received since joining the platform a month ago.
To date, I have received only phishing attempts or spam. As a new seller, I am finding it impossible to use the platform effectively when I am constantly targeted by bots asking for my personal email or sending fake payment links.
While I am diligent in reporting and blocking these accounts to maintain my Response Rate, it is UNACCEPTABLE that your automated filters are allowing such a high volume of fraudulent activity to reach my inbox!
This situation is not only a waste of time but also creates a poor professional environment for those trying to build a legitimate business.
I would like to know:
What measures is Fiverr taking to protect new sellers from this wave of spam?
Why are these accounts not being flagged before they contact sellers?
I hope to see a significant improvement in the quality of the interactions on the platform, as this current experience is leading me to consider alternative marketplaces.

This company has very fradulent…

This company has very fradulent practices. Sellers from foreign countries are often the victims. Even if you've been a seller for years, sometimes the phone verification to withdraw your earnings don't work on purpose. So they keep your money, and the only was to use it is to buy from other sellers.
