Ordered 2 x cheeseburgers, with fries, for my birthday. Delivery only had one burger in it which we had to share. Really disappointing. And it was barely warm.

Had a cheese dog at five guys and it was genuinely so good I had to save some cause I wanted to eat the rest and munch on it when I get home. The staffs there are so nice and treat their customers very good and whoever made the cheese dog I ate definitely knows what they’re doing it might be my new favorite spot
Lovely , friendly staff!!
Took our boy for his birthday and they made it special for him. Food was great also!!
Total rip off, £42 for two burgers, fries and drinks, I have had better McDonald’s, a burger van at a Sunday market would of been of better quality, definitely don’t recommend
We are very disappointed with our today's expexperience. I am with by husband and our orders were taken by the staff named Blake. We were being asked for the fries either salt or cajun as options but two of us can't understand it, what I am hearing to be honest is "salt ocassion". It took us a minute or two or understand what he is asking us. We recently just move in UK as migrants and to be honest we are still struggling to understand british accent but I find it very discriminating that he inappropriately or annoyingly smirked and looked at his female co worker as if we are stupid not understand what he is saying. I feel ashamed that we can't understand him but I don't think he has the right to do that to any customer especially they are on food and beverages service.

OMG, had a burger today from the Exeter branch with onion and jalapenos and a banana shake and fries, first time I've tried 5 guys and it won't be my last, I wish they had a restaurant in torquay, it was unbelievably good, the best experience I've had with takeaway food and drink. Please open one in torquay

Rude service (literal eye rolling behind the counter)
Slow service.
Bad customer service from head office.
Children wanted to go with their pocket money and were so upset they wanted to leave due to the staffs bad attitude (son saw the sever pull faces at me behind my back)
Will never go here again!
Waste of money.

Run to 5 guys to get there 2 minutes before they close.
Told its to late as they are ‘going home’
Very expensive, poor quality and badly made and poorly presented. Warm/cold. A massive disappointment for £50..
Oh dear, how can you not know how to cook a burger? Mine arrived half-cooked and more pink than brown.
Called them and they said sorry but couldn't do anything as I ordered via Deliveroo.
You've broken Food Safety law and all I get is there is nothing we can do about it.
So it cost me £10 for a bag of chips
THEEEEEE BEST Milkshakes made by man!! Just thinking of the banana milkshakes goodness right now is making my mouth melt as I write this..
What can I say about 5 fives expect its the best Restaurant/Take Out experience we have here in the UK in regards to Burgers, Hot Dogs, Chips And Milkshakes like with out a signal doubt...
From the burgers of pure heaven made from fresh meat and smashed on the grill to make an exceptional texture and flavour. With a large variety of choices to add to your burger its amazing.
BUT the milkshakes.. OMG there are from the future! how does one make such a piece of art in such a short moment of time. i have a minimum of two shakes when attending 5 guys. I currently attend at least 4 days a week, 3 minimum xD
Keep up the work and anything that needs testing please send my way <3
Went into exeter five guys.what a overpriced waste of money.
Ordered the blt and it was disgusting and the bacon was nuked vile place avoid at all costs
The food was appalling. The burgers were old and tasted of sawdust. The hot dog was burnt. We left most of it. It cost £53.00 for 3 burgers,1 hot dog, 2 tap water, 2 cokes and chips. We will never go back and will tell our friends and family also.
The restaurant was empty, which is a clue. The one star is so I could give a review.
I just had Deliveroo bring my Bacon cheese burger. Pity I can't upload the image to show what a poor, poor piece of flat rubbish I received.
More than half the burger went in the bin as I found a huge red hair.
So, Exeter branch, which ever of your staff has RED HAIR, they need a hairnet.
I'm disgusted and won't be back!
