Hi, I purchased the FT Polar fitness watch online from the FitnessMegaStore and was very happy with the buy. I viewed the product on the online site and was impressed with the amount of detail for fitness watches and chose the above watch to be able to record my workout fitness level details. I ordered the FT Polar watch using the very easy and safe to follow buying page and it was received next day as stated on the site. I am very impressed with the purchase and the FitnessMegaStore site in general and would recommend it to a friend.

When my old treadmill broke I ordered a new one from Fitness Megastore and it arrived the very next day. When I explained to the shipping dept that the person who would be in my house awaiting the delivery was deaf they were extremely understanding and helpful. Even managing to narrow down my delivery timescale to a half an hour slot thus saving my father having to sit at the window watching for the delivery all day. Something that many other companies are unable or unwilling to do.

I have nothing but high praise for the staff and service at Fitness Megastore.

I will definitely be recommending them and using them for any of my future home gym equipment purchases.

It took only one day from placing the order to receiving delivery. Only down-side is that although I explained when I placed the order that we are outside the UK VAT area it was still charged on the invoice but was rapidly refunded after I rang to complain. Fitnessmegastore was also very competitive on price.

Received double the quantity expected - not sure if this is my mistake or yours but will be returning one of the two items for a refund. Service was very prompt and items in perfect condition.

I've just bought a couple of Polar watches (FT60 and FT80) and in choosing a retailer chose Fitness Megastore. The web site was comprehensive and detailed and explained exactly the nature of the product being received. I had read some product reviews that suggested that different retailers can sometimes offer old stock/models. However, it was clear when I ordered what I was getting. Next day delivery was included for free and when I contacted customer service by email I got a prompt response. All in all a smooth and efficient transaction. Would look to purchase other fitness products from them.

The item I ordered was stated as in stock on the website. I was then informed that the item was not in stock and they were awaiting delivery from their suppliers.

However, their communication was first class and I did receive the item the week after I ordered.
