Had great communications with Lee at Manchester. First met him in store in August where he explained everything around the Sole treadmill and gave me a decent quote. I didn’t purchase at the time and emailed him back in October and he remained very happy to deal with me, conversed by email back and forth and we got to the point of ordering the SOLE F85.
Really appreciate the effort to help us both in person and remotely. Great customer service 👍🏽

James was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the treadmills. He discussed who would be using the equipment and which equipment was suited best for our needs with reasoning. The Manchester store was large and had a variety of stock organised clearly for general browsing.
