Delightful young man but disappointed with Fishpools 30
Delightful young man, very helpful.
We are actually very disappointed with other aspects of Fishpools. Received a parking fine and your customer service were very very disinterested. We actually bought our rug on that day. We wanted to return to buy lights , cushions, vases as well as other furniture but will now look elsewhere.we have previously bought beds , costing a few thousand pounds and have always been delighted with our purchases. Such a shame .

I had an excellent experience with Fishpools, and I especially want to thank Anju for her outstanding customer service. She was professional, friendly, patient, and always kept me updated throughout the whole process.
When there was an issue with one of my deliveries, she took full responsibility and made sure everything was sorted quickly. Thanks to her, I received exactly what I wanted. The sofa, dining table, chairs, and side table are all perfect, and I’m extremely happy with the quality.
It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, but Anju went above and beyond. She made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.

Although they were unable to fix the handles on our purchase they ensured this was immediately reported to customer services to resolve the absence of the correct screws.
