This particular store is CAP auto parts which falls under the home company.
If you need a part or have any questions/needs for a part, ask for Kenny. He has been with the company for many years and in my opinion, the most knowledgeable will give you straight answers about the parts available, and if there are options, the prices of each, and able to inform you what additional benefits are or not to the more expensive parts – no BS.
Kenny is the only one I trust there as I have talked to other employees and their knowledge doesn’t even compare. They are not paid on commissions so they will not push you to buy the more expensive items or even try to upsell you like some places do.
