Brilliant experience from start to finish kept in formed what was happening .
And Radiators are fantastic .

Fischer technical / surveyor team and their fitting engineers are very knowledgeable and efficient. They turn up on time assess the customers thoughts (requirements) and then work with the customer for the desired outcome. The quality of the product is not in question, and my what a difference it makes to the living space in the property. Excellent work Fischer.

They arrived at 08:30 and were complete by 09:15.
The install was very clean and the explanation on use of the controller was very complete.
No issues have been identified.

We were really impressed with the new heating system and the quick and professional way the two men worked together. Also they showed use how to use the controls so we have had know problem at all with this new system.

The heater was delivered and installed on the agreed date, the work carried out neatly and cleanly. I had ordered a coloured heater but they sent a conventional white one - but I've since been offered a significant refund, so all is well. The heater works well and is easy to operate. Many thanks to Danny and the team for a job well done!

I purchased a Fischer Future Heat system in good faith. What followed was a catalogue of failures.
Fischer has admitted in writing that a non‑solar‑certified electrician interfered with my solar PV system, installing a CT clamp incorrectly. This caused electricity to be mis‑read and resulted in excess grid draw.
The original unit failed shortly after installation and had to be fully replaced. There were repeated missed, cancelled, and unannounced visits, and the installation process dragged on far longer than reasonable.
Despite acknowledging multiple failures, Fischer minimised the issues, offered only token compensation (£200–£300), and later attempted to pursue the remaining balance while the dispute was still active and already in court.
My concern is not a single fault — it is the lack of transparency between marketing, installation competence, and after‑care, and how admitted errors are handled when challenged.
I would strongly advise anyone to research independent experiences carefully before proceeding.

Very impressed. The fitters were very friendly and polite, the radiators were removed and the new ones installed very efficiently and they kept everything clean and tidy as they worked.
The settings were explained clearly and set up for me. Also a written guide is given.
I Received a call the next morning to confirm all was well and if I had any questions. Its good to have peice of mind that there is a helpline incase of problems or you are unsure of anything. I would definitely recommend this company.

The company is reliable on first contact Tom who visited us to see if he could do the job and gave us a reasonable quote and to Tony who fitted the equipment. They are experts in their field and Tony done an excellent job in removing an oil burner and connecting a new electric boiler. Tony took away all the old equipment and left everything tidy. I would recommend this company to family, friends and anyone who is thinking of changing their boiler. Well done guys.

Fischer heating has got to be the most expensive heating in the country, a high usage family house without Fischer heating uses 4500kmh of electricity a year, we have 8 Fischer heating radiators and we are using 6500kwh a month, £25000 to be installed, had a Fischer survey and had installed what they recommended, now can’t afford to turn on, STAY AWAY

I have just had 3 radiators fitted in my property and I am delighted with them. They look stylish and modern and keep the house lovely and warm. Ryley was the young rep who helped me with the paperwork and finance and made sure that everything went smoothly. The engineer that fitted them did an excellent job, took away my old heaters and cleaned up really well after the work was completed. The initial survey was thorough and next stages explained fully.
Installation day....the team were professional and took the time and care to explain everything. They took all the packaging away and cleaned up the brick dust.
The house is now warmer than it has been. The units blend in with the rooms.

I had 3 radiators installed yesterday. From the initial visit to installation I have been impressed with the service this company have offered. The fitter cleaned up any mess as he went along and left after making sure I was happy with everything and showing me how to programme the heaters.
