I had Nick (Tynan) looking after me. He was excellent from start to finish ensuring I was kept in the loop at every stage and making sure everything went smoothly.
Even following hold ups in the process (no fault of his), he was immediately working to fix it and looking for alternative options.

I'm really sorry to hear you were not happy with your experience with us. However, I'm unable to see the paperwork issues you mention. I see that we processed your application on 8th September and delivery took place on 19th September. An 11 day turnaround from application to delivery is faster than normal.
With regard to the delivery, I'm afraid we have no record of you getting in touch to let us know that anything went wrong. Perhaps you could email me - crm@fvl.co.uk - to give me some more details on this as I would like to investigate what happened. Please also include any details of what happened with your paperwork and I'll look into that too.
