Dena, our new personal banker, saved the day.
Despite almost 40 years as a member, we were ready to move to another CU after poor guidance from generic phone contact with FT. We requested another conference and Dena called to introduce herself as our more local personal banker. She got everything straightened out and explained clearly the reasons for what had been happening to our accounts, which had not been adequately explained before. She suggested and helped us apply for solutions to resolve our complaints. We are now happy to stay with FT.
