Shivani is the most professional banker I have ever worked with. She is very knowledgeable and besides that she is a very good salesperson. For example I had a larger amount of money coming in, she made me aware of the higher perks available if I had $250K in the bank right away. It would be a huge loss if you lost her, so please make sure you pay her enough to keep her. The branch on Nimbus badly needs her.

There was a fraudulent charge on my account that I noticed this morning so I called had my debit card closed was told it would take about two weeks to get a new one in the mail which is about right with most companies so I decided to drive down to my branch only to be told they didn’t have time to do that today and I would have to come back tomorrow which I don’t have time to do. At Onpoint I have a checking and savings account and something like this happened a few months ago and I was able to get a new card in five minutes and they were pretty busy. This is unacceptable.

We made an appointment with Shivani Marathe for assistance with wiring money internationally. Our past experience with this process has not always been pleasant. Shivani has consistently exceeded our expectations, successfully accomplishing this request each time. She has been extremely helpful by demonstrating her knowledge and understanding of this process. She is very customer oriented often suggesting additional services and ways that will benefit our continued investment with First Tech Credit Union. Because of her suggestions we ended up investing in another CD--excellent customer service.
