My customer experience with Joshua Turner
My customer experience with Joshua Turner made my customer experience with First Tech great!
I called for two reasons and received what I was looking to accomplish. Mr. Turner was professional and answered my questions and performed the tasks to get me what I needed. Mr. Turner was kind, patient and gave me the feeling he genuinely enjoyed interacting with his customers. This means a lot to me, and I believe other seniors too, that you aren't made to feel like you're a bother and taking up too much of their time.
With customer representatives like Joshua Turner, First Tech gets an 'A'.

great assistance on a new CD
My branch assistant manager, Francisco Aranda, provided excellent detail when I was looking to maximize my return on a CD. He recommended a CD that allowed me to make an additional contribution during the CD term, and also take advantage of any increase in the interest rate offered.

Money transfer to an external account
The service representative was very nice and patient as he assisted me with a money transfer involving adding an external account. He explained the process and allowed me multiple opportunities to get the external account linked. I am unsure of which Credit Union location he helped me from. But the service was excellent.

Excellent First Tech employees
I prefer going in person to the Cupertino First Tech branch. I don't like online banking.
I have been going to the Cupertino branch even before it became First Tech. All the employees are friendly and very helpful and consistent. I never feel like they are rushing me.
Early this year, I was victim of a financial scam.
The employees, Mithu and Henning, helped us a lot to recover our losses and get new accounts. Other times for simple transactions, Francisco and Josh help me. I look forward to visiting the Cupertino branch very much.
