Avoid this company, do not engage- Scammers

Repeated unwanted emails from this company offering their "services"
Despite asking politely for our email to be deleted from their records , they repeatedly ignore this and send the same email a week or 2 later under a different staff name, which I am beginning to suspect is the same person each time.
Their "5 Star " Reviews are all clearly bogus and written by the owners of the business.

Utterly dreadful.

Utterly dreadful.

These people cold-emailed us about adverse Google reviews, offering to remove them. We are lawyers and we sue people. That's pretty much all we do really. They (the people that we sue) don't like it so they give us adverse reviews. We don't care. What we care about is what out clients say, and we have awards to demonstrate that they at least hold us in some regard, and that's what matters to us.

I told their salesman (Driffield) not to contact us again, but I got two more emails (one of them bad-mouthing Trustpilot), which I ignored.

Then another of their people (Smart) contacted me with the same proposal, obviously having no idea that Driffield had had a crack at us and failed, and obviously having no idea that I had told them not to contact us again. Pretty useless for a tech business.

Their Trustpilot reviews are either 5 star or one star, the latter being very much in the ascendancy.

Their 5 star reviews are very curious in their pattern as follows:
10/03/23 (first time reviewer.)
09/03/23 (first time reviewer).
09/03/23 (4th review from the reviewer).
19/11/18 (first time reviewer).
17/11/18 (first time reviewer).
09/08/18 (first time reviewer).

Notice anything about the bunching of the dates?
Now, call me cynical if you want, but I think that pattern is very odd indeed. On the other hand, the one star reviews are nicely spread out.

Also, were one a legitimate company, one would have thought that a response (even a bland denial of being scammers - which is the gist of the negative reviews) would have been called for. Whilst failing to respond to an accusation does not amount to an admission of guilt, it does raise certain questions.

By the way, they don't have any Google reviews. Why is that I wonder?

I have not used these people, and would not dream of doing so under any circumstances. You do what you like.

Scammers or hackers (more likely scammers)

In the same way as others have reported, my business received a mysterious one-star Google review from someone we had never heard of. We have the names of all of our clients on file, so it’s easy to check names. A few weeks later, I received an email from this company offering to delete the review for a fee (which they could only do by hacking, or if they were the ones who had left it in the first place). Google is so far refusing to delete the review. They finally responded to a request (which was probably the sixth or seventh submitted) stating that it appeared that the review wasn’t left by a bot account, so it was staying. The account in question has only ever made one Google review: you’ve guessed it, the one-star review of my business. It’s disgusting that these people try and make money from honest, business people; and it’s appalling that Google isn’t doing more to stop them. Please do your bit by not encouraging them. Don’t give them money if this happens to you.

I recently used Firstrank's Google…

I recently used Firstrank's Google review removal service, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their expertise and professionalism.

The team at Firstrank were able to quickly and efficiently remove a negative review that was harming my business's online reputation. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and provided clear and transparent communication.

What really stood out to me was their commitment to ensuring the review removal was done in a way that complied with Google's guidelines. They didn't take any shortcuts or use shady tactics, which gave me peace of mind that my business's online reputation was in good hands.

Overall, I highly recommend Firstrank's Google review removal service. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and truly care about their clients' reputation management needs. Thank you, Firstrank!

FRAUDULENT COMPANY

We have now received two one star reviews and also two emails from FIRSTRANK.CO.UK immediately after the reviews were posted offering to remove for a small fee. We have made comments to this in our replies to these fake reviews. I would suggest any business receiving these emails contacts GOOGLE and reports the fake reviews and this company. They are more than capable of detecting these fake profiles should they wish/be bothered to take it further.

Fake Reviews

Fake Reviews - Interesting that I've had 3 fake 1 star reviews. A week after the last fake review I get an email from this company offering to have the review deleted! After some investigation finding this information. As well as the business address on their website says the company is dissolved.

It's also frustrating as Google won't remove the fake reviews either.

SCAM COMPANY. OXYGEN THIEVES

Two reviews mysteriously appear on Google for our business, not customers of ours, then these cowboys turn up in the junk folder.

Using companies house you can find the name of directors and theres matching names in the following -

FIRSTRANK GROUP LIMITED (12439445) - Dissolved
REVIEWSOLVED LIMITED (11539769) - Dissolved
FIRSTRANK LIMITED (11211647) - Dissolved

Scams and conmen. Not enough being done by Google to combat this fraud.

I have been asked to remove a name from this review, which I have, but the content was not contested. This company is leaving you bad reviews and offering to remove them for a cost
