We are so impressed with First Out Roofing. A very polite person answered when I called and told me she would have someone contact me during the day. Within two hours I received a voice mail from Spencer who stated his schedule for that day and the next so I could get back with him for a good time to stop by. I arranged for Spencer to come out the next day to help us with some small pieces of shingles that had blown off in the recent windstorms. Spencer inspected the entire roof, identified one area where the small pieces around a chimney stack were missing and provided us with photos showing some hail damage from past storms. He also stated our shingles were in very good shape and may need to be replaced in 5 - 7 years. We told Spencer we had replacement shingles. He took one, made all the necessary repairs and sealed nail holes across the roof where he felt it was needed for no cost! He said he wanted to earn our business! We are so glad we called First Out Roofing for help. They are professional, knowledgeable and into building a strong relationship with their clients. This is so refreshing compared to the ones you call, and they state their fee just to come out and then say the labor is extra!!! I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.
