This vendor sells on marketplace sites such as Amazon and Walmart. They boast that their products are returnable and guaranteed. BUYER BEWARE. You can return them if you pay the return shipping, which for 2 patio chairs is $628.79. The chairs cost $120. So you better be sure you love what you order.

We purchased 16 benches, and 3 have lasted less than 3 months despite being under 12 months warranty & having been assured that they are up to spec.
As they have been under warranty, the customer services have actually agreed refunds. Getting these refunds is a different matter. Their customer services dept is painfully difficult to deal with and despite having all the e-mail communications being sent to them, they ignore these & ask the same questions again & again.
We have had to chase these refunds on numerous occasions, despite being told that they have been processed but nothing has been received so yet again we ask, get the same questions and sit and wait with our fingers crossed that the agreed refund finally comes through.
Do not use unless you fancy a long hard slog to get your money back for faulty products.

I was looking for a replacement garden bench at a reasonable price. A google search led me to firstchoiceshop, where I found a bench well within my price requirements. Ordered it, and it was delivered within 4 working days. The tracking was a little bit of a let down, all I got was "awaiting fulfilment" which I found to be a bit vague. So, I used the freephone number to contact them. I was expecting a long list of options, followed by a longer wait listening to that Vivaldi music, but was very pleasantly surprised by a short menu & an almost immediate agent, who couldn't have been more helpful. Citilink delivered promptly & I assembled the bench with no problems. OK, it isnt the heaviest bench, but value for money ?.......exceptional. Will certainly be keeping an eye on the website in future to see what other bargains they have. A very pleasant experience all round.....I now feel fulfilled !

I ordered the wrong colour chairs, firstchoice shop arranged delivery of the ones I should have ordered and collection of the wrong ones. Full credit on original purchase, no charge for delivery or collection. Fist class service.

I liked the fact that First shop contacted me on the 'phone, as they didn't have the colour of my initial choice on a patio set. They even offered me discount on another set, but it would have been too big for us oldies to manage.
The only irritation came from the fact that touch-up paint was included which was too dried up to use! Pity, I would have used it on the one scratch I found.

I wonder if anyone will follow this comment up?

When I recieved my garden table and chairs one of the parts required to assemble the bar b que table was damaged . I rang them on the day I recieved the item and advised them of the fault and it was replaced the next day with no arguments. The table and chairs were as described- beautiful and more than competitively priced- would defo recommend this company to other people.

What can I say, an excellent little company, good quality stock, friendly staff who went above and beyond to help me when I had an issue and prompt delivery.

If you ever need garden furniture then head there, my bench has pride of place in my garden. Keep up the good work!!!

I ordered 3 items, one came before I'd had time to think about where it was going in the garden! The next was damaged by the delivery company but firstchoice refunded me straight away so not a problem, the 3rd arrived a little late due to circumstances beyond their control but they kept me informed so I was quite happy to wait. Emails are answered within the hour if not quicker.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to order from them.
