The staff in store at initial contact were professional and very helpful as was the person who came out to survey job pointing out a few small details that may need to be dealt with during the job which would not be in the quote. The fitters arrived on time and got straight into ripping out existing flooring in bedroom and getting straight in to laying new flooring. There was an issue with levels at one end which could not have been foreseen. The lead fitter got in about resolving. This held them up and had to return the next day to complete. I am a bit of a perfectionist but would have to say the finished job was very good. Would highly recommend First Floors.

My entry flooring, stair and landing carpets were laid today by Frank. He worked solidly without a break and completed a beautiful job. Absolutely delighted with the results.

Ordered carpet for stairs and top hall. Great assistance from staff in picking carpet. Carpet filter did a fab job (Robert) and love my new carpet. Would purchase again.

I would highly recommend First Floors. We bought luxury vinyl tile oak herringbone style to go from the front door through the hall to our new kitchen extension and utility. It looks fantastic. The fitters got the majority of it done in one day and even managed to match the pattern in with the existing LVT in the living room. Fitters were friendly and couldn’t have done a better job. We are so pleased with the result.

We've just had engineered wood flooring laid by First Floors in two rooms and our hallway, and we are delighted with the result. They were friendly, helpful and professional at all times, making the process much easier than anticipated. The team who did the fitting were highly skilled, explained things as they went along, and went the extra mile, literally: on the day they were due our road was closed, and they had to work round traffic restrictions to get to our house. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

I can't recommend First Floors highly enough. They spent time to discuss the options with us and offered valuable advice and alternatives we could consider. It felt like a very personal service and everyone we spoke to there during the process was really attentive and knowledgeable. The installation team were professional and did a fantastic job. Overall, we are delighted with the result.

Very professional service. We had 3 bedrooms, a sitting room and stair carpets fitted. As we were also decorating the house they scheduled the fittings in blocks that fitted around the other work being done on the house. Very knowledgeable and the fitters were very professional and tidy. Great service all round

First Floors were excellent throughout our customer journey. From looking at samples, costing, answering questions and especially the floor fitting team who were fantastic and worked so hard to make sure the job was done right and to a very high standard. Everyone was friendly, good at communication. The fitters were great, reliable and tidy. We are delighted with the final result and will use them again.

I would highly recommend First Floors in Giffnock. From showroom to fitting they provide a professional, friendly service and we are delighted with our new floor. Even though we were on holiday when the floor was fitted, we were kept informed by the fitters on the progress being made and of any small changes which had to be made as the job progressed. We were helped to make the correct choice of floor for our home by the informative and knowledgeable showroom staff and the end result is that we have a fantastic floor which exceeds our expectations.
