Ghengis Fireworks cancelled my order day before new year's eve.
No reason, no message, just cancelled and refunded.
This left me needing to find fireworks elsewhere, which thankfully i did in Swindon

Fireworks arrived on time etc however one failed to work properly and actually burnt out, emailed the company regarding it incase it’s a manufacturer fault and am being ignored 0 follow up customer service whatsoever! Would not use them again!!

Norman has done it again! The only place to go for fireworks. Never disappoints. Now sorted us out fireworks suitable for a school project. Thanks 😊

Shocking quality of fireworks. Sky Hawk fireworks bought two packs had to bin them after two were fired. They managed to get to about 20 feet in the air before exploding. Can you imagine the shock of my neighbours and the abuse I got after the flashes exploded directly over their gardens. That's not all Triple Threat Firework Paid £112 quid for these again they only just managed to shoot far enough in the air to avoid taking out my neighbours. Sent an email 03 January never received a reply. Shocking quality and very poor service. Wasn't a very happy new year at all

Purchased a Insanity 200 shot 1.3g compound firework. Video on the website which shows the firework being set off is 1min 30secs long and looked amazing. However when I lit the firework while following all instructions included, it lasted approx 30 seconds! I videoed the firework on my GoPro to record what I thought would be a good show, which shows the 30 second clip!

Now I completely understand that fireworks are “man made” and I didn’t expect it to be 1min 30 seconds exact. What I did expect was a product close and of a similar standard to one that is advertised.

What has made this even worse now is that after a phone call where they were “interested” in seeing the video, multiple emails and even sending the video plus other messages via WhatsApp, I have had no response.

Poor after sales customer service which has now resulted me in contacting the bank. Seems the method has been to “ignore and forget” with this one.

The fireworks were received on time and were excellent - much better than we expected. It's the first time I've bought fireworks. The instructions were very clear and they were easy to set off. They were exactly as shown in the videos which are extremely useful when making your selection.

Only heard about this company recently through Sharp Stack hosting. I’ve been buying fireworks for garden parties for years and for my wedding plans was looking to add some much news automation to the display.

I was looking at purchasing some fusewire to link up all the firework sets and make it easier to initiate (and enjoy myself!) when Ghengis introduces me to the concept of compound fireworks. Absolute game changer!

A display in a box. Just what’s been needed all these years. One fuse, 2min display Ann sequences and finishes with a crescendo.

Great videos on the website, fast delivery and acceptable prices.
