Go the extra mile
There was a problem with my delivery as we live up a narrow road and the delivery person has to walk. Fire Protection Online went out of their way to sort the problem getting me a delivery time to suit.

Please accept my apologies for the delay you've experienced and the inconvenience this has caused. As you're aware, we need to resend an engineer, free of charge, to the site. Unfortunately, a certificate cannot be issued until the matter is resolved.

Sent me wrong items
Sent me wrong items, told customer service and told they would send correct order but not received and customer service are not helpful at all…. Very hard work being made from trying to rectify they’re mistake.

Thank you for your review, and please accept my sincere apologies for the issue you experienced.
As you're aware, when placing the order online you did enter the incorrect postcode and then spoke to my colleague on the phone to get the address corrected. Unfortunately, mistakes do happen, and the warehouse team put the new address label on the wrong package, causing you to receive the wrong items.
We've taken steps to prevent this error from happening again, but you have now received the correct items, albeit a few days later than you should have.
Hopefully, you'll give us another chance to prove how efficient we normally are. If there's anything else you need, just let us know.
