Battery low warning started after 2 years, I googled the manual and emailed the address in there and they immediately sent me a new one under warranty with no fuss!

My Firehawk smoke alarm replacement
My Firehawk smoke alarm started making the odd single bleep. I emailed Fireblitz, explained the issue and included a photo showing its replacement date is 8 October 2027. Got a reply within 10 minutes asking for my address so they can send a replacement under their 10 year warranty. Excellent customer service
