Irresponsible way of handling the upgrade of their own website, leaving a messy trail
Had some digital tickets from their old website. When they migrated to a new one, we were told that we could not use the old method of logging in and using our digital tickets but was sent a bunch of codes in a mess in an email. It was such a shoddy and irresponsible way for this company to move on to a new website without considering the needs of their current customers. Will not be going to their cinemas from now on. Biorex and Gilda instead.
