I ordered a wooden heart guest book…

I ordered a wooden heart guest book frame for my cousins wedding. The frame arrived after 3 weeks damaged. The frame was cracked, marked, broken and badly assembled. Also the stand for the frame was broken.
I contacted the company and was assured that a new frame would arrive in time. I have several messages confirming this. However it did not. Rather than courier the frame to my house, they sent it via regular post.
My cousin was very upset with what she had to display at her wedding but was left with no choice. No partial or full refund was offered because they had sent a replacement which did but arrive even though promised. Avoid this company at all costs. This is my 4th time purchasing from them and as a previous customer, I am now being ignored on messenger and via email. Zero customer service offered.
