I went to buy a hot drink for my self I'm always buying from FCB coffee waterloo branch and i accidently ordered Americano and thats not my usual order so I requested the lady Asian chinese or Japanese didnt know the name but she was extremely rude. I requested if she can change the drink and she was like I'm not giving you a free drink. I mean starbucks and costa like brands they even exchange without any hesitation but this lady was damn rude never ever gonna buy from this stupid brand again. Pathetic and disgusting attitude

The delivery was great and really quick, which is appreciated but the milk hot chocolate & coffees are weak tasting. I personally prefer a strong coffee so I won't be buying again.
