I bought 3 items and 1 is a stress ball that talks when squeezing and it don’t even work they came all squashed in a small packag. I’m not impressed

This is the second one of these I've bought, great item, the birds love them.

Excellent service, really fast delivery ordered it Friday morning received it in the post Saturday, amazing.

I only ordered this on 12th May, and it arrived today. I'm super pleased with it and am sure my big brother will be too. Something to keep for his 60th birthday. Thankyou!

It was a gift for friends, and it was exactly what I wanted. Something different for their birthday.
It was all hassle free,which is exactly how I like things to be done.

Delivered 3 days after order placed. Constant Evri updates but no clues as to what parcel they are trying to deliver. The boxed mug was packed inside the parcel with brown paper. Unfortunately the outer box had got wet in heavy rain. The mug is one of the presents for my sister's 80th birthday. It is just what suits an avid reader.

I ordered a card game gift for a friend and it arrived with a hole in the back of the pack and also on one of the cards inside!! I raised this with the Find Me A Gift team who sent out a replacement. But I'm yet to receive it because it got 'damaged beyond repair' during delivery with Evri - again!!! 🙄 Ugh. Terrible. Am awaiting a refund x

I am based overseas and wanted to send a gift to my son, however I inadvertently messed up his and my birthday dates on the framed gift. When mynson pointed this out I contacted Find me a Gift to suggest I pay for a new certificate but no need for the frame as we would swap out the document. I was very surprised and disappointed that Find me a Gift told me they would not and I would need to arrange a full re-order again.
Zero understanding or flexibility and creativity clearly lacking yet they sell them selves as an innovative business.

Ordered a Sweary Fairy stress toy for my friend who's having a bit of a hard time and I thought it would make her smile.
Absolutely brilliant wee gift. Order arrived ahead of schedule.
Would order again.

Will have to return as frame is broken. Don’t have printer so have to wait for daughter to print and bring over. Not very impressed.

The gift was received damaged. The parcel was not packed properly, although it did have Fragile tape on it

This order is intended to be a birthday present for my mother. The day itself is not until a week on Monday (that is, the 20th), but it will always be good to know that I received it in plenty of time.

Incredibly disappointed
I paid extra for the voucher to arrive in time for my nephews birthday - it arrived completely sodden like it had been dunked in water. The voucher/booklet was badly water damaged and fell apart as soon as I tried to get it out of the courier bag.
I can't give it to my nephew and now his present will be late while I figure out a way of representing it to gift him something decent. Absolutely terrible

Hi We were given a Dog Friendly Afternoon Tea by Find Me A Gift. We checked the location nearest to us. When we came to book the outlet refused the voucher as they had problems being paid by Find Me A Gift and had done so for 6 weeks. The location was still on the Find Me A Gift Website. When we pointed this out we were offered locations 30 miles away. Clearly not reasonable for an Afternoon Tea. A Refund was refused as the Voucher had been bought more than 30 days before. This from a company that prides itself on Customer Service. Very Disappointing.
