CFO Driven Academy/Refund promised but not honored; unclear business structure and no response

I enrolled in a 1-on-1 online coaching program associated with Yuri B Mavashev (CFO Driven Academy) on November 20, 2025, and paid USD 2,000.

On November 21, I requested clarification regarding the specific deliverables of the program, as the sales call had not clearly outlined what would be covered.

After reviewing the information, I informed him on November 22 that the program was not the right fit for me. I requested a full refund and asked to cancel any future automatic payments before any 1-on-1 coaching sessions or services began.

On November 24, I was informed that the refund would be processed and should appear within 5–7 business days. However, there was no confirmation regarding cancellation of the automatic payments.

Despite following up, I did not receive further clarification. On December 20, I noticed that another USD 2,000 had been charged to my card. I contacted him immediately and was told his team would process the refund.

The second payment was later refunded. However, the initial USD 2,000 payment from November 20 has not been returned, despite multiple follow-ups via WhatsApp and email. Communication has gone unanswered since December 20.

I did not receive any 1-on-1 coaching sessions or core services.

For transparency, I also observed that the program appears to be associated with multiple websites and platforms, including:
finance-driven.com
skool.com / nextmillion
cfodrivenacademy.memberships.msgsndr.com

The charge on my credit card appears under the name “Strategic Finance Global Group.” As a customer, I found it difficult to clearly identify the primary operating entity, business registration details, or official contact structure.

Additionally, at the time of writing, the finance-driven website appears to have technical issues within its funnel process.

I am not a large company or a full-time salaried employee. USD 2,000 is significant personal, hard-earned money, and I relied on the refund assurance when canceling before services began.

I am sharing this experience so others can carefully review refund terms, cancellation procedures, and communication practices before enrolling.
