Utterly disgraceful scam company

Utterly disgraceful, purchased an item for Christmas and when it arrived it was nothing like what was advertised. On top of this it was also delivered and left at the side a bin with no note what so ever to say item delivered. Have since spoken to the seller and they are not prepared to refund or send the correct item as they state the right one was sent, never mind the item looking completely different to the advertised item it was not even a digital clock. Do not use I believe this to be a scam company. They even offered 4USD as a good gesture when u paid 45USD. Complete fraud from start to finish
