Really nice items and shop, but recently bought items online and there were no shipping updates after 3 weeks and after writing several emails it took them a long time to respond. They ended up refunding me since the item still wasn’t shipped out after 6 weeks and little updates were given during the time frame.

Whilst I understand it’s difficult to balance relocations and managing large quantities of online shipments, I don’t think customer service should be compromised as a result of that. Though the staff were really nice both in person and through email (once they finally replied) My experience was VERY stressful and I think improvements in regular updates and better customer service would really be helpful. - any future customers should keep this in mind as I found it very stressful and I don’t seem to be the only customer who had a stressful time buying from them!

Lovely staff and such an amazing collection with lots of Archive designers and brands! The setting is very ambient and calming too

Slow delivery, no notification or communication

Firstly, I’ve chose the Next-Express for my order#9845. But I waited for 2 weeks to get my parcel. And you said I’ll get 10% partial refund through email.But I didn’t receive anything until now. After receiving my parcel, I find that there’s a missing item which is a grey dress. I only received two of my toppings. I’ve send email about this situation to you, but I also didn’t receive any response until now. I’m really disappointed and feel angry about this purchase. Please propose a solution regarding this three issues.

I love that Files London ships to America and have received my packages with fast shipping and completely undamaged. Items are always great and shown accurately on the website. I would love to see more womenswear on the website!

Fast shipping and item came in exact same condition as the description stated. Not 5/5 because they said all tax and duties are included within shipping fees but I still had to pay import fees on the order. Overall happy with the experience.

I bought a GIANNI VERSACE SET and received two FAKE garments. I even contacted FILES LONDON to inquire about the authenticity of the garments. I was promised proofs that I never received, and they stopped replying via email and instagram.

Everything about the versace two piece is fake. After just a few days, the LOGO CAME OFF and the stitching started to come apart. This shop is a disgrace. What a FAIL LONDON! Can you explain @FILES LONDON???

I bought two items from FILES LONDON - the first was a pair of sliders by Hysteric Glamour, back in 2022, and the second was a vintage Armani Jeans bomber jacket I bought at the beginning of May 2023. The soles of the sliders came off as soon as I tried them on, the zip on the jacket crumbled off as soon as I tried it on too. Both items were unwearable. Each time, I asked for a refund for the faulty items and FILES LONDON agreed to my request, but this is where the correspondence ended. They have stopped replying to my emails and my instagram messages. I am still waiting for the refunds. FILES LONDON you owe me £200.

Fast efficient good tracking and good price

Amazing care for their products and super fast delivery. All hand packed into a lovely bag that protects the garments. Definitely would recommend :)

Good clothing

If I can rate lower, I would. I ordered my jumpsuit in January...it's now April. Lost communication with them after asking for a refund for the third time.
