Disappointing and never purchase again
My experience with FILA was extremely disappointing. Not only do they charge for returns, but the customer service response I received was unhelpful and came across as sarcastic.
For a well-known brand, the lack of care and professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend buying directly from them and will not be purchasing from them again.
Extremely poor Customer Services, Return Policy, Size and
I ordered a pair of kids’ shoes from Fila online (Order: [add order #], Date: [add date]). The size was incorrect, so I submitted a return request the next day. I paid for the return postage—which was about 50% of the shoe price—and attached photos showing the shoes in brand‑new condition (only tried for size, no wear).
Fila later claimed the shoes were “used” and in bad condition, refused the refund, and said they would send the shoes back to me—which is no use because the size doesn’t fit. I’ve effectively paid for the shoes and the return postage and received nothing in return. I even provided my original photos, but they refused to accept them.
This is extremely poor customer service and very disappointing. Based on this experience, I won’t be buying Fila products again.

No Refunds on Defective Product
I bought the Disruptors and they broke after about 5 months, leaving a piece of sharp plastic digging into my foot whenever I took a step. But my main issue is that when I reached out about a refund due to poor quality, I was told that they aren't issuing refunds at all right now because they are restructuring the company.
Fila Nero white
I'm wearing Fila Nero white (snowwhite) for the second season. There's no wear and tear from walking. I've washed it 10 times without any negative consequences.
It's a great option for walking around the city. My feet don't get tired.
However, there are scratches and abrasions on the rough terrain.
Appalling quality kids runners
Bought kids fila runners on special for $50 originally $100. After 1 day wear the black on the wedge either side of the outer sole rubbed off and looked like they were old runners. 1wk later the tongue at the front came away from the runner!

We are a repeat Fila kids sports shoes buyer because our experience shows that Fila shoes are durable and withstands the daily school demands. However yesterday, my younger son went home with both his shoes broken. The rubber sole came off from the leather body of the shoes. It is very disappointing that this happened. This pair was bought with another pair for my older son but still in the box, so can't comment if the problem is systemic. However this problem is totally unexpected. My kids normally outgrows their Fila shoes but now we have to prematurely buy a new pair. Very disappointing.

"Inability" to regenerate lost gift card yet you confirm the gift card exists. And have a deadline for it's usage.
Company restructuring has lowered quality of the shoes, and how they treat their customers. I'll be donating my FILA joints.
Stolen shoes and no help
I have a pair of Fila shoes that I love, and I have worn them so much the backs have begun to wear down. I decided to purchase 2 new Filas as replacements because I liked them so much. Unfortunately, Fila uses FedEx to deliver, and FedEx left my shoes outside, rather than deliver them to my apartment's mailroom. On my apartment's security camera, 3 men then broke into our courtyard and stole my (and others) packages. My landlord filed a police report. I tried to contact FedEx, who said I had to contact Fila to resolve the issue. I reached out to Fila, fully expecting them to be helpful with this, especially as I provided proof that they were stolen and the report. Instead, I have been met with a month-long run around and excuses. This has been extremely disappointing, especially as I have been a fan of Fila for so long, but they ultimately have lost me from ever being a customer again. I would highly recommend buying shoes from a brand that either does not use FedEx and/or who requires a signature upon delivery, so your shoes don't get stolen too. I ended up getting a pair from Nike instead and had no issues with delivery.
Didn't fit despite correct size and…
Didn't fit despite correct size and smelt like volatile chemicals. Not only did this order take too long because the first time they sent me the wrong footwear, but I had to pay postage for delivery AND return. This totalled near to 25 dollars which is more that 40 percent of the total refunded.
Service of workers/staff
There was this wonderful staff called Lucy (from Tseung Kwun O branch) and she really made an effort to find the correct, comfortable shoe for me..

They sent me wrong item
They sent me wrong item. Customer service did send fedex return and asked me to take picture and send to them which i did and sent Fedex tracking and then Nothing, No replies to my emails about sending correct item or refund, I was then forced to go to American Express to dispute chargers, just awful!
Fila has the most lazy inventory…
Fila has the most lazy inventory management. If they see a product is selling fast and in high demand you’d think that maybe they would catch on and re stock. Especially the smaller sizes in shoes that add height. Literally been 5 years and they still can’t restock sizes that are in high demand. Not many people wear a size 8,9,10, 11 that want to add a lot of height. Maybe put popular shoe sizes in your best selling items….
Knee injury due to boots tripping me up big time
I have a pair of Fila work boots that have the metal hooks at the top for the laces, today at work I was walking through the yard and my lace from one boot got caught in the metal hook of the other boot and I tripped myself up, I landed right on my knee on hardcore stones and have severely injured my knee, I think this is a poor design and now I have to brake those bits off of my boots so it doesn’t happen again, knees absolutely done in, can’t go to work tomorrow and my poor girlfriend has to cover for me when she’s already severely ill with hay fever.

Ordering from fila.com is an absolute nightmare. Their customer service is virtually nonexistent. I ordered a sweatshirt and a pair of sneakers totaling $145 and I received nothing for over two weeks. I have been trying to get a refund and I told over and over again that they will be sending a gift card in the full amount to my email address. I checked my email every day several times a day and I receive nothing. I keep calling them back and they tell me something different each time in my call. They were quick to take my money, but they are not quick to fixing the problem of me not receiving anything. Do yourself a favor and stay away From Fila.
Holes in shoes in 3 weeks
I bought 2 pairs of Men's Fila Classico. The first one had holes in it in 3 weeks, I assumed it was just 1 bad pair. Then the second set had the same outcome. FILA told me it was my fault and not their dodgy product. Stay away from this company.
