I lost hundreds of thousands from miss direction errors and lack of processing time

During a rapid decline in Bitcoin and Ethereum prices, I urgently needed to manage multiple loans to avoid liquidation. I called support roughly four times a day for nearly a week, asking about different ways to pay down or pay off my loans. The options I requested weren’t available, and I had to wait for an app fix before I could pay using USDC.
I chose USDC specifically because I needed to pay off loans quickly, release the collateral, and use it to cover other loans before liquidation, these were not small positions. I’ve invested over half a million dollars in their products.
I was told that paying off a loan via USDC would release collateral instantly, similar to how a standard payment works. That was not the case. It took nearly four days. In a rapidly falling market, four days is critical. I needed that collateral to pay off another loan, and the delay put everything at risk.
A crypto lending company that can’t facilitate fast liquidity management puts its customers in serious jeopardy. This was easily the most stressful financial situation I’ve experienced in decades. If I hadn’t called repeatedly and escalated to a manager, I likely would have been liquidated and lost hundreds of thousands of dollars.
One star for the reasons above.

***CROOKS STOLE EXTRA $10K FROM PLAID LINKED BANK****

Do not hook your bank up to this business.

They have stolen a total of $20,000 and only returned $9300 in bitcoin they still owe me $10,000 plus so do not hook your bank up to their service or they will just help themselves to your money. They took $10,000 on January 22 and then took $10,000 more on February 13. They are dangerous. Do not hook your bank up.

edit 03/30/26: they keep trying to get Trustpilot to say my review is not them. LET ME ASSURE YOU, IT WAS VICTORIA WHO REFUSED TO RETURN MY $10,000 AND IT WAS FIGUREMARKETS. THEY BLOCKED MY EMAIL, I CONTACTED THE EXECUTIVES, WHO DID NOTING....I HAVE ILLINOIS ATTORNEY GENERAL INVESTIGATING THEM!!!!
