I also trusted this company and ordered items from them. No products arrived and no answer to any emails. Wish I had also read all thsese reviews first. This company needs reporting so they don’t get anymore money!

I Also ordered 2 products over a month ago. I payed for my products and haven’t received anything I emailed “customer service” 2x and no response and no products. I’m surprised no one has phoned the police.. I think since looking at all of the reviews.. wish I would have seen them prior. I think I may just phone tomorrow and inquire

No delivery of order and no reply to emails - basically they just steal your money!

I ordered the rose plated facial hair removal back in October 2017 and have not received it since and it’s February 2018. I’ve sent NUMEROUS emails and they didn’t answer me back. I want my money back, dont get anything from here. It’s all a scam! How can this page get good reviews if the customer service is absolutely horrible and they make false statements on their site that it only takes lastest a month to deliver? Plus there’s no phone number on their website either! Absoultely horrible.

Yet to receive my item ordered several weeks ago no response to emails money taken out straight away please avoid ordering anything from this company seems to be a scam as others have stated !!

I had ordered for the gold plated hair remover in November and paid for it as well. I still haven't received my package and they don't seem to be replying to any mails. I've been cheated and wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.

They took my money. It's been 3 months and I still don't have my product and the company hasn't replied to any of my messages. Will not recommend this company to anyone.

There is no sign of the product.. just your money being taken & a link given that constantly leads you to a fake page to track the order. This page never gets updated & has remained the same since I ordered back on Dec 7th. Do not trust this website or any of their products as they are the biggest frauds!!!! So disappointed.... waste of my time & money.

Placed an order 40 days ago, I haven't received anything. Not only I can't track my order, but also didn't receive any shipping updates through SMS or email. I've left few message through Messenger, "contact us" and wrote to both support & sales email address, no response or reply at all. I can't even find a customer service line on their website to complain or to apply for refund!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible response to customers. Cant say much about the product, cause it's been over three months, and it still hasn't been delivered, nor has any tracking ID been released. Rip-off.

Very bad experience. Been two months since i placed order. total scam. somebody should put up their experience with the company on fb..twitter instagram and on all.social media..

This website is total scam.
They are expert cons. They respond to emails but the products are never delivered. I placed my order on 6th of October 2017 and there are no signs of delivery, everytime I ask for an update or the refund they send me some random details.
The tracking number they provided don't work and fake.

I have ordered since a month ago and haven't yet received any tracking number and my items. My payment was taken right away. I have contacted them via email and their contact section as well but haven't got a single reply at all. It is a complete scam. Do not buy from this website

I purchased an order on 7th November and still have not received my items.
This company are very good at replying to me via Facebook IM but keep making the excuse that there is an error in the system .

I brought this via Instagram and I will be reporting to Instagram about how they are letting this company scam people .

My order was 49 days ago and still have not received my order, nor a follow up email. However, I did noticed that my charge card was charged right away. I've emailed them at both the sales and support email addresses requesting for a refund. Have not heard from them at all.

Seems like a total scam. Don't know how these companies are allowed to function at all.. Placed an order for a product in mid October and still haven't received it!! No phone and no response to emails or the linkedin messages! Scamsters!!!!
