They just randomly cutoff my internet…

They just randomly cutoff my internet in the middle of my workday and very important meeting. When I called they told me: "if you want better service you need to go elsewhere and pay more". I'm appalled at that statement as I had absolutely perfect internet and was paying less with Brygnet.

Then he transferred me to his boss so that he could do something about it and he didn't do anything except say that Fiberby is in the right to make money at the expense of making me lose money.

We regret your experience. Especially to others who may read our reply, we would like to state this:

Our customer service got the impression that zero downtime is important for you. As no network provider can offer this guarantee it was our advise to consider having a back-up connection with another network provider. We are sorry if this advice was not presented clearly to you.

When we took over your connection we had announced some weeks in prior that a disconnect was technically inevitable on that day. Already some weeks later you experienced a 1- hour disconnection due to a network outage. At this point we offered to compensate you with a period of free internet, which you accepted. Our systems are by default set to closing connections when invoices are not paid and regrettably a human in Fiberby forgot to switch this setting off in your case, which lead to yet an inconvenient disconnection. When you called us about it, your connection was reestablished within 10 minutes, fair to say.

Never the less we are sorry for your unfortunate experience, which is below our standards and the reason why we have offered you yet a period without payment, which we understand that you have also accepted.

Fast connection on a good price

Fast connection on a good price, but there are quite often disconnections. That resolve automatically after 30 secs or a min. Quite disrupting

Tilføjelse: I just saw that you replied immediately to my review and offered a quick and easy solution. I have to add that the disconnections have lessened quite a lot (but I also use the computer a lot less these days), without having called back at you to test my router. You've easily earned 1 more star in the review just due to the fast and wholesome customer service.
I'm going to call and get my router and gear tested as you suggested when I find a bit of time.

Thank you for writing your review. Experiencing disconnects is obviously unacceptable and we urge you to call our customer service already tomorrow and we will resolve the problem, guaranteed. Call us on 33 23 00 99. It won't take you long time, as our response time in about 30 seconds on avr. We will then do a test your router and gear, and hopefully we can resolve the problem in less time than you spent writing your review :)
