The ONLY perfume that does not give me…
The ONLY perfume that does not give me headaches. And, I wear it daily, which is unheard of for me. The initial fragrance (I have three seasons at the moment) smells wonderful, then softens over time throughout the day, into another lovely scent. My favorite perfume ever. They also send a sample along, so you can try it, and if you don't like, you can send it back and get a refund, so no wasting money on something you don't love.

In love with Ffern, I've received 2 fragrances from them so far. I love that they are made using organic ingredients so i dont have to worry about a toxic load. I get to have something to look forward to every season when I get my bottles! I feel it can trust this brand , they give a very detailed list of all ingredients and sources. Highly recommend 👌

Absolutely love my first two
Absolutely love the two bottles I've received so far. The scents are very different than what you might find in a store. They are complex and bold but settle in to complement me rather than take over. I love the little gifts that come along with the bottle. It's a good sized bottle, so the price to me is justified. I'm so glad I found this!

Package sent back to sender
My parcel was not delivered and sent back to sender. (Issue with courier colis privé).
The first time I reached out to concierge team at Ffern they sent me a new parcel, which unfortunatly was met the same fate.
As this was the second time in a short timewindow I had approached concierge team, everything was handled meticulously and swift. They were very helpful and reemboursed me back in full , as I had asked.
Will order again as I had no issues before (when delivered through dpd).

An actual con
A draw to try the perfume is actually a subscription, that is near impossible to get out off. Apparently they need a "full season" to wipe you of their books, which is nonsense. I didn't sign up to a subscription let alone one with a three month notice period!
Additionally their perfumes all smell like furniture polish.

Perfumes make great gifts
I initially only wished to purchase a single bottle for myself, but quickly realized it was a subscription service. I figured I'd get one or two bottles then cancel, but I gave my mother the second one and she loved it. Since then, I try the sample, decide who might like it best, and give a different family member a bottle each season. They've all loved it, every time. Eventually, I'll cancel, but I have a big family.

Best Fragrance of 2026
The packaging is breathtaking and it comes with variety of trinkets (even flower seeds!) all packaging are thoughtfully designed and every little thing I open is a delightful experience. And Fragrance itself - it really exceeded my expectations. Elegant, tuberose forward with lots of beautiful layers, not overwhelming yet very potent. It instantly became my favorite brand of 2026. I'll def be their royal customer.

Smells the same and too much alcohol allergic reaction
Unfortunately, the perfume seems to contain a lot of alcohol. Which made me have an allergic reaction. My neck and chest were bumpy lumpy and itchy. The scent from spring twenty twenty six smelled almost exactly like the scent before it. I did email ffern to cancel my subscription explaining the issue I had .Hoping that they would offer a refund.But they did not. It seems like to pay this much quarterly and basically have the same scent.Repeated appears to be a bit of a rip off.
The company contacted me and sent me a return label. Lets see what happens via refund.

We’re sorry to hear that our fragrance wasn’t for you. As with all fragrances - whether natural or synthetic - allergens can be present, so if you ever have any concerns, we always recommend consulting with your doctor.
Our fragrances are made using natural fragrance ingredients; natural and sustainably sourced. We include an ingredients list with exact percentages and a breakdown of any allergens and other ingredients that you might want to know about. This can be found if you click on 'Allergen Information' in the ingredients section of each respective fragrance page. In addition to the natural fragrance oils, each of our fragrances is made up of quintuple distilled organic Italian grain vodka, purified water, and in some cases orange flower water or other natural waters (byproducts of the oil extraction process used to add character and reduce waste).
We know that not every fragrance will be right for everyone so we provide a sample alongside your main fragrance. You can try it first before committing to keeping the full bottle. If it's not for you, you can send it back to us for a full refund, which we hope to expedite for you as soon as your bottle arrives to us.
We also do have a house style here at Ffern, with certain favourite ingredients like vetiver and bergamot - but while our fragrances share similar handwriting, we vary the blends significantly from season to season, and most of our members find that each new season has a distinct scent.

Ffern sells an experience
Ffern sells an experience, not just a perfume. Nature and subtle notes combine in a song of senses. I enjoy receiving the box, actually I am very impatient about the delivery, and cannot wait to open it. I love the little surprises inside, the film tickets, the drawings and the teracota difusers. I then get to the perfume and the first spray fills the air with nature goodness. Thanks Ffern for this amazing creation.

Fabulous unique perfumes
A friend introduced me to Ffern having smelt the perfume on her. It surpassed my expectations. The most fabulous fragrances (I've had Winter & Spring so far). Every time I wear it I am complemented on my smell!

Ffern is so much more than a perfume house. The perfumes are divine, natural, transparent supply chain, 100% non-plastic packaging. Each season made with love and thought and attention. The customer service is top-notch and with each quarterly delivery there are are additional treats and surprises. And then there's the monthly podcast.
