Customer service at its best!
I have been watching a product to come back into stock. I used Festive Lights live chat to check, spoke to a very polite Dan, who resolved a website issue in minutes.
I was then able to order 15m of Connect Pro Cluster lights which were warm white with a flash ability.
They arrived promptly and packed well, as always "Connect Pro" range is always of the highest quality. Only 124 days to Christmas.

Had led flame candles from festive that are 5byears old and still work perfectly .
Decided to update all of them as the new ones run on “C” Batteries so no need to change so often .
They are updated, last longer and beautiful .
Ordered a spinner for garden that’s a real feature now.
Service and delivery are faultless and delivered next day by DPD for small cost .
Purchase timer for low cost as this enables other features with candles , brightness/flickering/timer etc .
Highly recommended and my go to for all my living flame candles and lights .
