We were told to arrive at the apartment at 6:30 am. We actually waited more than 30 minute s for the representative to arrive and for us to gain entrance, I must say that while we were waiting, I was very nervous that we would not be admitted and would miss the run, but fortunately we still had plenty of time to view the run. There was coffee available and little cheese sandwiches that was much appreciated, given the arrival time. It was an exciting morning...brief... but so glad we went!

This company took such great care of us in Spain. Everything was as promised. All the meals, venues and events were world-class. My family had a terrific time at the Festival of San Fermin and Festival Pros delivered all we asked for!

My wife and mom loved being on the balcony watching while I ran with the Bulls. So much fun and exciting with all the people dressed in red and white. Had lunch on the square eating and watching all the people. Definitely a bucket list trip through Spain. Thank you for everything, very professional and helpful.

Everything went smoothly, from the preparation emails and webinars to the days on the events. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

As first-time Fiesta goers, we knew we'd need a little help navigating the streets of Pamplona during the festival. Mark and his team at Festival Pros were exactly what we had an mind and they were absolutely fantastic. We booked balconies for the opening ceremonies and the first bull run, the traditional dinner and fireworks, and a bullfight. The locations of the balconies were top-notch and the hosts of each were fantastic. The dinner was a great opportunity to share a meal with other Fiesta-goers and the fireworks were out-of-this -world. We also took advantage of learning a bit more about the bullfight by taking the class "Bullfighting 101". If this continues to be offered, I'd highly recommend taking it as it really allowed us to understand the pageantry of bullfight. And the bullfight itself was heart-stopping action and a true Pamplona experience. Be sure to bring a snacks, drinks and a bocadillo for "half-time!"

Overall, I highly recommend Festival Pros. Amazing experiences offered, excellent communication, easy-to-use app for managing your itinerary during the festival, and wonderful people and staff - we couldn't have asked for anything more.

Everything ran with military-like precision with virtually every detail planned in advance. The viewing balconies were exactly as described. The tickets to the bullfights were exactly as ordered. The hotel was perfect. I loved the trip out of town to learn about bullfighting (and my mini experience as a bullfighter with a one-year-old bull). Even the final dinner at one of Pamplona's best restaurants was something I would never have experienced on my own.

Excellent. Organized. Everything ran smoothly. It took some time to find my balcony, the directions I was given weren't that great. But once I found it, everything went well. Friendly staff. Great service.

Great organization! Easy to order, great service on both ends of the order. Our balcony could not have been better situated. Our representative met us at the site, brought us upstairs where we met the apartment's owner. Simply, it was wonderful! Trust tem. I did.

We spent three days this past July in Pamplona with Festival Pros and had a perfectly wonderful time! They got us reservations in a great hotel with parking right downtown, spaces on balconies for the actual running of the bulls, and tours and lectures to help us become familiar with the whole spectacle. We had the experience we will never forget and the staff made sure we had everything we needed to ensure a perfect vacation! We highly recommend this team for your next trip to Pamplona for the Running of the Bulls.

They set up a great location and good instructions were provided. Everyone made it to the balcony on time. The snacks could have been better and a mimosa would have been a really nice touch. The owner kindly made the bathroom available, but it would be nice if this was included with the balcony. But, the location could not have been better!

While all we did was watch the running from a rented balcony (we used no other services), that experience was outstanding and exactly what was advertised.

We booked for a party of six to secure a balcony for the running of the bulls. We were given a palce on the second floor of dead mans' corner with THREE balconies and our own room with a TV with live coverage (the cameraman was right outside our room. We had the best view. The hostess served coffee and pastries. Our guide met us right on time in front of the apartment. Service was fantastic and we had the best time!

I rented balcony space on Deadmans curve to watch the Running of the Bulls. The balcony view was fabulous. It was exactly as advertised to me on the website. I found Festival Pros to be very helpful and organized. I would not hesitate using them again.
