I used of Pino of Ferullo Group for the Construction of a 400 square meter 2 story Ibizan style state of the art modern villa commenced January 2016 and completed May 2017.
I can state that today, 6 years later, the villa is still in immaculate condition and a joy to live in.
Pino Ferullo successfully quoted against other contractors and I therefore checked his credentials and placed the Villa build order with him, he then progressed the project in accordance with the contract and built my villa.
The finished villa is a credit to him and also a credit to the superb design and perfect siting of the villa on my plot by Salva Aspas of PGK studios, Pino is a highly competent and expert builder, he is also very much “hands-on” and was on the site during construction almost every day! he dealt with me, his client, on a personal basis and was, and still is, fair and constructive.
I now also truly consider Pino to be my friend as well as my preferred builder.
My villa has been constructed to a very high standard, the quality of all the fixtures and fittings is absolutely excellent!
Pino also overcame highly technical problems and installed the latest technology eco friendly and energy saving solar thermal boiler and air conditioning systems These complicated machines now provide me with underfloor heating, efficient air conditioning, and constant hot water all at very low cost.
Working with Pino, for me, was an adventure and great fun, I changed specifications constantly and then enlarged the original building by a massive 100 square meters Pino is Italian but speaks perfect Spanish and because he is married to Kim who is British and serves as his highly efficient secretary and accounts manager, Pino is also fluent in English.
These factors made it easy to follow and understand the progress of the work and agree any extra charges on a friendly and
amicable basis, Pino’s prices for extras
were highly competitive These extras were
carried out straight away and completed without problems or misunderstanding or mistakes Obviously during all major build projects there are problems but these were all resolved by Pino intervening and acting immediately.
My Villa was finished on schedule
Pino should be proud of his work for me and of the fantastic villa that I now have.

My wife and I bought a house in Moraira, Spain, in 2020 with views for dream villa to retire in, and the house that we bought needed a complete refurbish and extension. Pino and his company Ferullo Group were recommended to us by the estate agent that we bought the house from, as they had used them with previous clients. He took us to see just some of the reforms and new builds that he had completed so that we could see his experience and the quality that he used, and we were able to speak to some of his former clients. Pino helped us with the whole process from the beginning to the end. Obviously, with a reform, you will always run into problems, which Pino dealt with quickly and efficiently. This whole process was carried out while we were living in England and relying on weekly video calls and daily updates with photographs, but we soon found that we could trust him completely, and we still rely on Pino to take care of our beautiful villa when we are not there, knowing that we have 100% guarantee on everything. Pino goes above and beyond on quality and service, so I definitely recommend him if you are looking for a builder in this area.

I used Pino Ferullo to build my luxury dream home in Spain and whilst everything seemed to start off well, the end result was a disaster!

Towards the end of the build he tried to blackmail me into paying more than what was agreed and when I refused he didn’t finish the remaining work. As well as this, we have terrible water leaks in the under-build due to poor water proofing.

After speaking to many people I’ve now learned that he has very little experience building houses and also has a terrible reputation as a cowboy/scammer.

After spending +€500,000 on a reform, it’s very sad and disappointing that we now have to take him to court.

If you’re thinking about having any kind of building work done, I strongly recommend you don’t use Pino Ferullo or his company.
