Good, responsible service
Contacted this company about a possible faulty boiler part. They were responsive and responsible, sending out a replacement part promptly. No fuss, avoidance or delay - just honest, good service. Definitely recommend.

First time of using this company and was skeptical. We had a leak as the pressure was dropping in our airing cupboard for months. We tried everything before this product including paying hundreds for a useless leak detection company who couldn't find the leak. Faced with the only option left which was to lift our brand new £4k wooden flooring to find the leak or try this.....I tried this.
3 plumbers had all advised not to try the Fernox F4 Central Heating Leak Sealer 500ml as they all said they didn't like using it and it causes issues. I however was desperate.
I purchased 2 of the product and had our plumber add the solution (we are on oil) and unfortunately within one week, 2 parts of our system had clogged and stopped working. However to change these parts it cost approx £350 and I continued to follow the instructions meticulously (customer service were great with their advice) and lo and behold our pressure has now been holding for months.
This is the biggest relief imaginable as our whole room would have needed to be pulled apart and would have cost thousands. Therefore at this point (and I'm touching wood as I type this and have my fingers crossed) this product has worked and it has saved me an absolute fortune (and that is even by having to pay £350 for the parts it messed up) and lots of mental anguish.
I don't know how long this will work for but I'm very pleased at this point in time we did it.

Tried to seal the most miniscule water leak that you could ever find on a radiator pipe connection.Used Fernox Ls-X,failed three times to seal it.Utterly useless product and a waste of money,do not buy.

Had weeping connection to a radiator for a fair while. Used Fernox F4 a few hours ago. All good now.
Better instructions on the can though might help.
Great Technical and Customer Service. I asked on a couple of occasions support for some limescale reducers and magnetic filter installation and they were all brilliant from one department to another. In addition to that I asked about availability of a niche product (thermal cover for their TF1 Omega filter) for a horizontal pipe layout. They had the vertical one available at the time, however the Sales Team (Jenny especially) looked into it confirming when it would become available (was a few months after that) and demonstrated full support throughout. Thanks once again Fernox Team!
Called Fernox, straight through with easy to follow options then very quickly talked to a really helpful and knowledgeable person who instantly solved my issue (with added free empathy). A great example of excellent customer service. Thank you so much Fernox people
As always Brett from Fernox is always on point with info & latest products. Helped me with an order to best suit my upcoming jobs. Too service 👍
Excellent customer service. I had a fault on an out of warranty product and contacted Fernox to get advice on a replacement part. They responded quickly and replaced the part at no cost. Great company.
I contacted Fernox for some guidance and help regarding a service kit or fibre washer for my TF1 filter.
I didn't even know what department to send my email to, so took a wild guess. The response was with lightening speed. I had sent it to the wrong area, but it was forwarded on my behalf to the correct area. Then I had an equally fast response from the correct department, very kindly offering me help. I was asked for my postal address, which I submitted. The following morning, a package arrived, 1st class mail, with everything I needed. This is Customer Service at its best. I cannot think of a single thing they could have done to make my review even marginally better. This is an amazing company who must pride themselves of good service and fantastic customer service. I take my hat off to you gents. You really do deserve a gold star. A sincere thank you.
I have a TF1 fitted to my water system which works brilliantly; really easy to add treatments and very easy to clean.
However, where Fernox really excel is in customer service. After the system developed a small leak, they sent the spanner and new 'o'rings FOC. When the problem looked like it would require a new magnet and sheath, because the sheath was cracked during a previous service, that came FOC too, by next day delivery. Communication is courteous, focused and sufficient to achieve the aim.
A great system and outstanding customer service. A true 5 star company.
About 6 years ago when we had a new boiler installed, it also had a
Fernox TX1 fitted, as recommended by the plumber.
Over a period of time, a small leak appeared from the drain valve.
I emailed the Customer Service team at Fernox and asked if they could supply me a new valve.
They replied straight away and sent me one out FOC.
I can't argue about that.
Thank you so much Fernox for your brilliant customer service. You're worth more than 5 stars.
5 stars for Fernox product support. I had a TF1 total filter fitted to my heating system for a few years that developed a tiny leak from one of the butterfly valves. I called fernox sales to see of I could just order a new valve on its own and was pleasantly surprised to have one sent to me free-of-charge. Doesn't get any better than that and justifies my continued purchases of fernox products.
Hands down the best water treatment products on the market. I install all my boilers with Fernox products, they are Faultless, my customers also feel reassured when they see Fernox products on the installation, I’m a huge fan of their products that as a minimum every Combi Installation gets an Electrolytic Scale Reducers, TF1 Omega Filters and the F1 Protector And F3 Cleaner chemicals. But it doesn’t stop there, I find their flux, jointing compound and solder the most workable too.
There’s not much need for after sales with Fernox, but they do offer other services which again are faultless, they have a water/chemical test laboratory service, this is always a top service and they are clearly the market leaders in this field. I can see that I’ll continue to use Fernox well into the future if they keep up the good work.
