Our experience renting this house was amazing the whole week. The purpose of this rental was a wedding party. We chose this house because it had a great setting, lots of bedrooms, beautiful view.

Beautiful, excellently equipped family home, well situated with a view of the sea.

Not clean house,cold and after they send invoice to pay for cleaning. I will not recomend this company.

I received a text to advise I had won so I would not miss out on my price.

Rented a house through this company which was easy and simple.
But when arriving at the and the cleaning was done very poorly problems started.

It took them 4 days to offer to come by and help, but with what ?
We had to wash dishes, pots & pans just to cook some food.
Grease on surfaces, stains on the walls.
Vacuum and clean most surfaces just to have places to put our things.
The house was cleaned before arriving as we could see the bathroom (toilet) was cleaned on some surfaces.

And when pushing back on them to come clean the house 2 days before departure (as we already cleaned most of the house the first 2 days of our stay).
They just ignores all communication afterwards.

Can't recommend renting through this company!

I dont even know where to start, as the worst part is most likely the unfriendly replies from the service team.

We booked the house to relax and spent holidays here, but the house is very dirty, windows not cleaned in weeks, pillows dirty, bathroom has not been cleaned properly in weeks.

The furniture pushed into corners, furniture is partly selvmade out of a few cheap wood pieces. This is not what we paid for.

The grass has only been cut randomly at 50% of the area, the other half has not been cut in weeks.

There is absolutely no cozy atmosphere and this place is a pure money making machine, not made to welcome visitors.

The reply from the service team was also not helpful, case was closed as we didnt reach out immediately when we took over. Not even an apology, despite picture submission, clearly showing old dirt stains.

The house was an absolute delight! Immaculately maintained, it exuded a sense of comfort and tranquility. The fresh renovation added a modern touch, making the space feel inviting and stylish. Overall, it was a truly wonderful place to spend a vacation, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. The cherry on top of this amazing house was its prime location, just a few steps away from a stunning sandy beach that stretched out for miles. The picturesque dunes added to the charm of the surroundings, providing a serene and idyllic atmosphere. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to bask in the sun, listen to the soothing waves, and take leisurely walks along the shore. It truly was a dream-like vacation experience, and we cherished every moment spent in this remarkable coastal oasis.

Wir waren aufgrund einiger negativer Kommentare über Ferienhaus-Vermittlungsplattformen in Dänemark sehr verunsichert. Feriepartner erschien uns der beste Vermittler zu sein, auch wenn Feriepartner nicht immer gute Bewertungen hatte. Wir sind nun sehr positiv überrascht worden und können Feriepartner empfehlen. Uns scheint es wichtig, ein neueres Haus zu wählen (dort funktioniert dann auch sicher alles) und den Mietvertrag genau zu lesen, insbesondere bezüglich Schlussreinigung, damit es keine Missverständnisse gibt.

Vi var meget bekymrede over nogle negative kommentarer om sommerhusudlejningsplatforme i Danmark. Feriepartner forekom os at være den bedste mellemmand, selvom Feriepartner ikke altid havde gode anmeldelser. Vi er nu blevet positivt overrasket og kan anbefale Feriepartner. Det forekommer os vigtigt at vælge et nyere hus (der vil alt fungere) og at læse lejekontrakten grundigt igennem, især med hensyn til slutrengøringen, så der ikke opstår misforståelser.

We were very concerned about some negative comments about holiday home rental platforms in Denmark. Feriepartner seemed to us to be the best intermediary, even if Feriepartner did not always have good reviews. We have now been pleasantly surprised and can recommend Feriepartner. It seems important to us to choose a newer house (everything will work there) and to read the rental contract carefully, especially with regard to the final cleaning, so that there are no misunderstandings.

Effective and professional through and through.
Excellent communication - always - and quick response to a minor problem ( a television that did not work )
I recommend Feriepartner and will use them again.

It's the 3rd year we use their service and it's good and reliable.

Very bad service!
The property was old and worn down and the cleaning was not very good - there were dead flies in all windows.
Internet was bad and we struggled a lot with the wifi, because Feriepartner had given us the wrong password.
The electricity was old and flickered when we started the oven, coffee machine ect.
The bacement/activity room was missing lightbulbs and there were mold on the walls, making it hard to breathe!

Afterwards Feriepartner billed us for extra cleaning (which we had already paid for!), and we did not trash the place, only used it as normal people would do (the stay was work related!).

NOT AT ALL happy about the service of this company!

Super expensive - poor service and dirty house.

Lack of cleaning in general - dead flies in all window sills.

Lack of hot water.

Unstable current - light that flashes when oven, coffee machine, etc. turns on.

Power completely away in ½ of the house Saturday & Sunday, without the possibility of changing fuses.

Lack of sockets for lamps in the rooms.

Mold in the basement - it was uncomfortable to be in the activity room (pool table, etc.).

No ball for the table football table.

No bulbs in lamps above the pool table.

Wrong password for wifi - when he finally managed to get it right

Ovens that did not heat properly.

Curtains that were either broken or fell down when you tried to pull them out

No tablecloths / placemats so you could avoid rings on tables.

General lack of basic items - not even salt and pepper in table sets

Great house, unfortunately Feriepartner cheats significantly with the bill for electricity...
Watch out, that’s how they make their money...
They add KWH (we took pictures upon arrival and departure, so can document this), claim electricity costs 2,5DKK and then even miscalculate adding another 300DKK to the bill...
Who knew that a weeks costs of electricity for 6 1/2 days (in a brick house where we had the fire place lit everyday) would be charged app 3200DKK... (and it was not even a pool house).
Can however recommend Feriekompagniet, who we rented from before. With a pool house the electricity cost was only half;)
Shame on Feriepartner, you just lost a repeat customer...

Very satisfied with experience in renting a summerhouse. Which was very well described before arriving. There was a need for additional communication as a chair broke during our stay, but we explained the situation to them and we didn't need to think about this anymore. Thanks for a good experience.
