A truly awful holiday experience
The owner of the apartment wouldn't provide a photo to make it easier to find on arrival when requested. They also refused to provided a code for keysafe until we were stood outside house and then no key was in safe. A woman who didn't speak english arrived after 30 mins to let us in and left before showing us into apartment very quickly. Once in apartment we discovered toilet was blocked and apartment smelt of sewage. Beds weren't provided with linen or pillows in 2 out of 3 rooms and we had to wait 2 hours for this. The manager suggested I share a bed with my sister rather than them provide linen. Wifi code wasn't provided and when requested my sister was asked to 'say please' very rudely. Toilet was fixed next afternoon and we were rudely told to not be in apartment that day when this was done even though we were on holiday and had paid for apartment. Manager repeatedly refused to answer phone to deal with complaints and was awkward/rude at every opportunity. This was a family holiday for my mothers 86th birthday and she cried on first night. Apartment furniture was hard and uncomfortable and poorly arranged, this meant you found it hard to watch tv without being very uncomfortable. Booking.com were useless with all our complaints.
