I have ordered a light a month ago

I have ordered a light a month ago. No info since and they don't answer the phone or emails and messages. I paid 222 GBP and am on the way to the bank to get the money back. Go to your bank and give a bank card complaint then the bank can get back the money. I worked for a large bank for years so this works. If they want to turn you away then open a complaint at the bank for not accepting, they will change their mind believe me. Banks can get fined a lot if they do that.

I paid 300$ and I haven’t received, they answer the call neither emails

Avoid the stealing owner

Wrong item sent (two weeks late) and then the owner stops responding to emails about a refund. Avoid at all costs- which will be whatever you pay them as they just steal it!
