I wish more companies and websites were of this caliber!

I used to love this service, but over the last 5 years it's become more of a nuisance than anything. They put your bandwidth into shared spaces so what's advertised as "yours" that you pay for is really shared. This means that when you want to stream heavier data films on PLEX, it lags, buffers, and is unplayable at times.

They also seem to keep adding more rules in the realm of public hosting. Their website clearly says they encourage public data hosting, but every time I do it they password lock my folder and tell me I can't do that. At this point it's a waste of money to keep.

I have used Feral for over 7 years now. Their prices have always been fair and their service has never let me down. After having some issues with a server recently I reached out first over email which took under 4 hours for them to respond and when I made an official support ticket it took them under 1 hour to respond. They did an in depth review of the problem and gave me multiple methods of fixing the issue which did work thankfully. Thinking about all the different services I use in my life Feral Hosting is the only reliable service I have ever had.

Good, professional actions and behaviour like theirs is one in a million and they will have a customer for life with me.

I've tried quite a few different hosting providers however Feral has been amazing from pricing to support they are very customer oriented. An amazing service, their pricing and their quality of products is unmatchable. Found their services through a friend and I've been with them now for a month or so. They provide exactly what they say, and are very supportive in their efforts to ensure that the end user can do the things they want. They have detailed guides for installing various software, and a management console for installing certain software automatically/managing your slot. If you are looking for hosting I would highly reccomened them.

No fuss hosting. I use a lot of data and Feral provides ample upload and download speeds with easy access via HTTPS and static IP SSH connections. I've been using the Helium tier for over 2 years now and haven't had any issues.

I have been using feralhosting for more than a year now for rutorrent and openvpn and have never had an issue. While I hear that support can be slow from other reviews here and elsewhere, the documentation that is published is excellent and was enough for me to get my seedbox set up exactly as I like it. On top of that, since getting everything set up, I've only had openvpn break once, due to newer versions of client software not working with the supplied configs. I really can't overstate just how happy I am with the service I have been provided.

I've used feral hosting for over 2 years now, for a seedbox and I can honestly say this is one of the best seedbox servers I've used, never had a problem, easy to configure, and customer support is prompt and knowledgeable.

I came over to feral from another host! reason for me moving was simply the speeds i got at the other host was .. slow!

Feral has surprised me with the speeds i am getting! they are fantastic!

The customer support actually went above and beyond on some of the questions i asked, and i felt like i was taken good care of!

the avg. response time to tickets has been very low too.

They do not overfill their servers, which results in a really plesant experience for me as a user! i've never had my box feel sluggish at all!

i have no problems what so ever running 4k streaming via plex and keeping up really good seed speeds! ( even if i transcode at the same time )

i am recommending Feral to all my friends and fellow ''yarrr's''!

I appreciate good support and got great support from feralhosting. I upgraded account and had a bunch of money questions as well as technical questions/actions.

Every ticket I opened was answered promptly, concisely and addressed/solved my question every time. I wish service providers who I pay way more money would give me this level of service.

Just wanted to share my recent horrible experience with Feral Hosting. They just had an outage that lasted for 3 days, then they deleted my slot/account for no apparent reason in middle of my paid subscription. They do not respond to tickets. And I could not get a refund. Please do not sign up. They won't honor their service, but are more than happy to take your money.

I have been using Feral hosting for about 7 years now.
There has been one or two issues over time where their services/systems were having issues. Once the issues were resolved they did offer refund/free renewal of the your account for the time period they were down.

Their services are basic, but I have never had an issue where something was lacking. You can install various applications on the server that are not resource intensive. (NOT MINE CRAFT). You have SSH access to the server, the OS that is running is Debian and can easily install anything if you need something. There is their wiki (.com/wiki) page so you can have a look at some of the thing listed. You can also install your own apps via ssh.

The servers speeds are amazing and have never been able to reach the limit of the network connecting.

I use it as a Seedbox and have downloaded and seeded many many terabytes content.

I will continue using their services as I have not seen any reason not to.

I pay £10 a month, I get fast speeds and a reliable slot with a good wiki for installing modules and programs automatically. Plex support in particular is great. Very happy and haven't bothered shopping around since I switched to Feral as I've had no need.

Never had an issue with Feral Hosting and have been with them for years. Would recommend to anyone working within a budget but wants incredible performance.

Great value for money, they provide fast speeds with flexible options and fast support. The staff are super helpful (thanks guys), and are patient with stupid questions that they might get often.

You do get what you pay for I must say. There is a lot of comments about servers being overworked, but they will quickly fix this if you ask to be moved. Other providers will have more powerful hardware that doesn't experience this issue as often, but it's all about what you are happy to pay for.

Didn't use prior to their upgrades, but I can say without hesitation, this is the best seedbox I've ever had. Only needed it for a couple months, but have had it for 5 months now, and have no intention of letting it expire. Awesome seedbox and Plex server with amazing performance for $10? Ya, think I'll keep it lol.

For those nonbelievers, they have a 7 day full money-back return. Put your money where your mouth is, you won't be disappointed.

There serves have been upgraded. Unlimited bandwidth on a 10gb network. Literally the best seedbox out there.

At one time I would have said that Feral Hosting were amazing... maybe a year or so ago.

I had to stop using them last month because their service went down hill rapidly. Speeds decreased seemingly over night and their website crashed just before last Christmas.

Although I have no proof of this, I can only assume that other people have had to jump ship and move on to the likes of Seedboxes.cc, who have, no doubt, been capitalising on this fact.

It is a shame, as the two guys that ran the service seemed like thoroughly nice chaps.

Early last year I had them for service and it was amazing... Fast, never any issues, great support... But this time around (the past month) I've had nothing but problems. Constantly having to put in support tickets to have my slot rebooted, problems adding torrents, problems deleting torrents. Not what they used to be and would never return to them ever.

For a tenner a month I get a full TB of storage and a blazing fast connection for my torrenting. I've got SSH access so I can setup goodies like a Pydio frontend for my downloads.
