Ben at Fells Gulliver Lyndhurst was excellent from start to finish when selling our home. Previous bad experience from another estate agent had left us feeling frustrated and disappointed but the experience we had with Fells was the complete opposite. We were listened to; shown properties that met our critieria rather than being shown anything (to meet the corporate targets) we were understood and not rushed into making decisions. Ben's friendly nature and easy direct communications through text messsaging/ whatsapp/ phone calls made the whole experience so easy. I would recommend Fells Gulliver Lyndhurst to anybody that is looking for an agent (and have done already) Thank you so much Ben and Team

We have used this Estate Agency twice in the past 4 years. On both occasions we have been delighted with the very high qulaity of their service. In particular, the owner, Ben and his team take time to really create a personal relationship with their clients. Their communication is fast and attention to detail is second to none.
