I found the Bidding process to be very straightforward.
I found the bidding process straightforward and the communication with the auction house was very good. I arranged for premium delivery for the lovely item that I bought and it arrived the next day. I definately would use them again.

Slow delivery process
I was disappointed with the length of time it took for my lot to dispatched and I had to chase it up. I know it was Christmas etc., but lack of update and delay unacceptable.
The staff I spke to on phone were polite and helpful.
