I bought some products and erroneously created a duplicate order (thats another story, but will leave that for now). I tried to cancel the order immediately but I was ignored and told that the order had already been sent. I was told I could return at my own cost. I received the items a month later following the stated procedure. It cost me £15.90 to return items. Suffice to say, no refund, no items. We are at an impasse. All I can say is beware of this company. Though they claim items are returnable it will cost you an awful lot, and at the Netherlands end you will have to pay for the items to be sent to them. So its a no win situation

Be aware of this site. Once you order their product they keep sending you a new order even if you dont order it. They said its a subscription while you are not aware of it. And they get money from your credit card. They are scammers ..

Total scam. They dont deliver, the site is evidently a scam. Do not order from these guys.

Charged me before even shipping item. Cancelled order within 15m after placing it because I read online it may not be a trustworthy site. After asking me for confirmation to cancel, the company still ended up “shipping” me the item 2d later. Tracking never showed product in motion and it’s been 12 days. Customer service is continuously dismissive. Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Highly doubt I will ever receive my package in order to be able to return for a refund. I anticipate the company would find a way to get out of refunding even if I was able to return. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE

Still haven't received anything after nearly a month. Managers Mariana and Lisa are very dodgy people offering to refund if i remove reviews. You never get a refund of your product.

The original name of this products is D r. Melaxin! Everything is fake on that website from people pictures to the product pictures and reviews!

They has no adress and we didn't know where it came from. When i look at the bottles theres no reference from were it made from. I
truck my order and it seems that it was sent from china, where they said that it is from Holland or USA. Holy molly. Like what???🤬🤬

DO NOT PURCHASE THEY ARR FRAUD! They have money back guarantee however never answer or reply emails. I emailed them straight daily for 2wks not even a little acknowledgement then they send out second order which I tried to cancel but of course...no response. Solution is water thin does absolutely ZERO. Ive been using it exactly 31days and can say confidently there is no result whatsoever.
Save your money and hassle don't purchase cos they will rip you off again and again.

In all realness.... Feline Skinscience is great! Nothing used to work and just hopped from skincare brand to skincare brand. Feline just stuck and did wonders!! 100% worth trying out!!

Ordered a dark spot corrector in August. It took long time to deliver, it's ok. What i was not aware was that it's a subscription until they confirmed another order was placed. Fine, b'cause they said I can cancel within 24 hours, so I di. But no response and they are still sending out the order. I tried to contact them on FB, no response at all. What kind of customer service is it? I don't know if your products are working as I am still in early stage, but after today I will stop using it completely and would not recommend your products to anyone.

After first order in August 4 weeks later they sent email that another order been dispatched . I have written email for refund and posted review on their website ( shocked to see it’s instantly been removed ) shocking !

scam doesn't work at all. I was ordering one time and without notice they charge you again and send to you same order like subscription. I email them unfortunately no respond.
