I just received my order, I ordered from NY, USA. It took 11 days to receive my order from , order date to delivery . I ordered the caudalie glycolic essence at an excellent price everything looks great . They have amazing prices and I have no complaints. EDIT: as a previous customer mentioned in their review, these people’s responses to reviews are nothing short of diversion tactics. They know exactly which order this review is referring to and they also know my email but will pretend otherwise and ask me to contact them. They have confirmed TWICE to me, that they will in fact NOT refund me despite them getting my return but pretending they lost it. So I am not wasting one more second communicating with these people. They can keep the lies and false accusations for the legal action I will be seeking.

AVOID thid company at ALL costs. I have placed an order, some of which I returned due to not being satisfied with the products and some seemed to have been tempered with and I was still sent them. Upon returning, they received the return within a few days and three weeks later still did not refund me. I contacted them they were barely responding, and kept saying returns can take 10 working days although it had been 10 working days and more. They then had the audacity to say they will NOT be refunding me because they did “not” receive my return, although I had proof it had been delivered to them. They then claimed since 2021 I had returned 6 orders which were either declared lost or returned, so they closed my accounts. Laughable.
First of all no order has been lost as I have proof they’ve all been delivered to their depot, apart from this one which also clearly states it’s been delivered but they want to claim is lost. And if they claim it’s been lost, how’s that my doing ? Was I the one to physically deliver the package to their company and then mark it as delivered? Secondly, I am well within my right as a customer to return items I am dissatisfied with, because they are not as described or seem inauthentic. These have all been partial returns I didn’t keep returning full orders. They have also failed to mention orders I have been placing since 2017, none lf which have been returned. This is simply not only a lack of honesty and integrity on their part but an extreme lack of professionalism to which I am glad I will no longer be placing orders. This is not how you keep or treat loyal customers and your online reviews clearly say A LOT. From customers having experienceD the same exact situation as me, being you claiming you did not receive our return and therefore refused to refund them or customers simply NEVER getting their orders at all and being ignored by you, it is very comical that you dare to insinuate I was being fraudulent. Absolutely concerning and disgraceful to act this way.
With the number of competitors offering excellent customer service (reflected by reviews) and with far better quality products, better integrity that deserve our hard earned money, it’s laughable they think closing my accounts will harm me vs them.
I’ve never had such a degrading experience with a company before and I have been online shopping for over 10 years. THEY on the other hand have plenty of reviews reflecting their lack of integrity and poor professionalism. So if many are experiencing the same situation as me, it says a lot about them as a company.
They have now refused to refund me the items I returned. If they think they can get away with refusing to refund customers, they can think again because I will not be letting this go, I will be seeking legal advice and proceed with this case because they will not get away with stealing people’s money and then accusing them when I HAD THE EVIDENCE AND THEY DON’T.
WARNING to everyone to beware of these people. Please spend your money with companies worthwile where your experience will be far greater and you will be valued as a customer. There are far too many in the UK for them to be acting like the way they had with customers.

Order never shipped.
Package generated a tracking number then was never actually dispatched from warehouse. When I contacted them they kept telling me it was in transit, even though I could see it was not. Customer service is abysmal and takes them 4/5 days to respond, no option for call or live chat. Issue still unresolved after filling out lost package claim on their website. I've had to contact bank to request a charge back because of their inaction. I've been ordering for years, and never had a problem, but unfortunately now that I know what they are like to deal with when you do have an issue, I won't be ordering again.
Edit to add - it just gets worse. They sent out a "replacement" but that was never received again. I no longer have an option to dispute it on their website because the original was never received, and when you try contact them via their web form you get a canned response telling you to file a claim on their site. Total scam - BUYER BEWARE.

I have been contacted by support and they indicated that my order was lost during shipping. They offered a replacement or refund which I have replied on to provide a replacement as soon as possible or proceed with a refund, however they didn’t respond or reply back on my emails.

It is disappointing to receive such a dismissive and unhelpful response. It is clear that this retailer is more interested in making excuses than in resolving customer complaints.
The suggestion to refer to the last contact with me is simply a diversion tactic, as the previous communication was through an online chat and did not offer any resolution to my issue.
I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this retailer to avoid them at all costs. Their lack of concern for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I am giving this seller a 0/5 rating as they have proven to be absolutely terrible.
I had hoped for a resolution to my issue, but it is clear that I will need to take matters into my own hands.
I will be initiating a chargeback through my bank.
I will never be a customer of this retailer again.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent return order. On February 4th, I returned an order (FN68124930) that I had purchased from FeelUnique, which was later acquired by Sephora. However, despite being a Sephora customer, I have yet to receive a refund for this return. It has now been over two months since I returned the item, and I have not received any updates regarding my refund status from either company.
When I contacted the customer service team, I was informed that the return had not been “physically found” or checked at your returns desk, due to the fact that “We have a large unit for our returns; and despite the tracking information indicating that the item had been delivered. This lack of action and communication regarding my refund is extremely disappointing and frustrating, and I can't help but wonder if this has anything to do with the acquisition or re-branding from FeelUnique to Sephora, as both companies have been passing me back and forth. This feels quite deliberate at this point.
It is completely unacceptable that I have not received a refund for a return that was made over two months ago. I demand immediate action to resolve this matter and issue a refund for my returned item as soon as possible. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect and fairness, and I hoped that this issue would have been resolved promptly. None of this has happened.
I understand that your company has a large unit for returns, but it is not my responsibility to suffer the consequences of your internal inefficiencies. I find it concerning that your customer service team has suggested that I follow the chargeback process, instead of resolving this matter directly with Sephora. This is not the kind of service that I expected to receive from a company like Sephora.
If this issue is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to resort to a chargeback through my bank, as suggested by one of your representatives. I want to caution others to avoid both Sephora and FeelUnique, as they do not seem to value their customers or their money.

Customer service doesn't exist
Placed my order on the 14th of April, tracking has stalled since. Emailed your customer service twice, no response. Also live chat, waited 30 mins to then be cut off. I can see by the amount of negative reviews here that this is a major issue. Can someone get back to my email and resolve this?!

do not buy from feel unique. if i could give 0 stars i would and i will never ever buy from there again. i placed an order and got a tracking number which never worked. Never received my order and there is no way of getting in touch with these poeple awful customer service with no communication whatsoever. Tracking number doesn’t work and updates say it was sent back to sender when they haven’t even attempted a delivery. No refund no updates no nothing. Extremely unprofessional and lieing people. Horrendous customer service
Made an order that has not shipped due to some error. Tried to contact the site about this and got one reply 5 days ago and none since.
I just wanted a replacement and their website has no option to select "order has not left warehouse/ order not shipped" which means you can't easily get a response.
The site is awesome when the products arrive but this experience is extremely annoying.

Deplorable customer service, no number, no way to reach them
There’s no way to contact feel unique/Sephora uk. I order an item which was supposed to be delivered on Friday! It’s now Thursday and yet nothing has been delivered. Using Evri as a delivery service when they have the worst track record is asinine on Feelunique/Sephora’s part. Evri also has no answers as to where my order is even though I’ve contacted them numerous times. I want a refund because they’re clearly inadequate at their job.

It's the worst thing about ordering here.
I have placed an order since March 23, 2023 but I have not received the product yet. I have the tracking number but it feels like there is no movement in the delivery for over a week which I am not sure if I will receive the product and I have emailed the staff to inquire but still No response at all. I believe that this website should not be trusted. And in the future I will not order products from this website again. 😌 I was disappointed and more than that, very sad.

Unprofessional time wasters.
Every time I fall for this company's low prices and order products from them. Once again, they have failed me. I just checked my bank account and found that they had refunded my latest order without sending me an email to let me know. The product is still available to purchase on their website at a low price, ready to lure in the next person, even though they do not have it in stock. Now I have to re-order from somewhere else and wait even longer for the item to arrive.
That's the last time I order from these time-wasters!

Time and time again they offer discounts, but when you try to apply them, they are not valid on those items.
