Fraudulent company

Terrible service! I placed an order on December 29th and still have not received my order. I contacted support many times, but never received an answer. My order number is FN77427204. I want to get a refund as soon as possible.

The letter states that within 72 hours you will solve this problem. 72 hours have already passed and the issue has not been resolved. I'm waiting for action!

It’s a scam

It’s a scam! I just received my package containing killians princess perfume and the package arrived completely empty!

You can not get in touch with them, and their “online customer chat” doesn’t work. Completely scam. Will be contacting my bank and the police.

I’ve written two separate emails to you with pictures attached and got no reply.

This company is truly a scam!

This company is truly a scam and please avoid them at all cost, I learned my lesson the hard way! I ordered 4 lipsticks and one brow pencil, three of the lipsticks were damaged defective items right out of box. I immediately contacted them via their website inquiry tool and attached photos asking for return and refund, no response. I sent them email again and restated the issues, it's been more than a week, I could never get a straight answer and resolution, it's never the same person respond to your email, and if they ever respond to you, they dont bother to read the whole thread, keep asking you why you need to return, even though all details were provided to them multiple times, they also refuse to send a return label, ask you to go return the defective goods back to the UK from the US paying the postage even though it's their fault shipping you defective products. I will wait for two more days if still no resolution I will just dispute my credit card instead of dealing with them, suggest you all do the same if this is also your experience. The worst online business!

The goods arrived nicely packed in the original packaging and within the promised time. Although I often have problems with various postal services, this time everything was as it should be and the merchant should not be blamed for the slowness of the postal officials. For every bit of praise. I recommend!

Ordered two items and still have not received them. Checked the tracking from Evri and it said "Parcel consolidated in the group at LHR" on the 12th. No further update. Very disappointing as I have placed a couple of orders recently and no issue. This was supposed to be for a birthday gift and now I am not sure if it will eventually arrive due to the tracking status or if I will even get a refund.

Been a very loyal client and loved the fact that they I could buy more than 1 item at the same time as they had almost everything I was looking for. Once, I made a big order and one or two items arrived damaged.The items were not wrapped individually which explained the damaged. The second time I didn’t received one of the mini palettes I had ordered. My address was flagged and wasn’t able to do any further purchases without explanation given code R34 and no one was able to EXPLAIN ! The only thing they had to say is that if a damage happens more than once we suspend your account .. HUH?! Sorry ?! Is that my fault now? I’m shocked. Sephora finally arrived in the U.K. I was very excited about it & guess what ? I can’t do any purchases as it’s linked to Feelunique and let me tell you I had a conversation about this matter with a friend that works in a Sephora store in Paris and she was just as shocked as I was. This is unacceptable no body was able to give me a number to raise a complaint legally. This definitely needs to be investigated. So if you received a second damaged item do not contact feelunique as they will flag your address down and suspend your account. Ridiculous I know ! It’s been now 4 years I’m trying to get me account back.

Please use ANY other site to purchase your items. They delivered the incorrect item TWO WEEKS ago and have not updated me on the status of the correct items being shipped. They keep sending me the same generic e mail and I have received NO new information. AWFUL

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. Worth all the bad reviews. At first, your package goes "missing", then all of a sudden is returned to the sender. Not once have they tried to call me and tell me that my package is in my home country. Super disappointed. Now, I think I won't even get my refund because take a wild guess do they have an option everywhere to issue a refund? :) NO. I have send multiple emails, just waiting to hear back.

Borderline scam company

Borderline scam company, virtually no customer service whatsoever, worst delivery service possible. Stay away and use reliable companies such as Notino if you can.

Useless Customer Service

Order placed on the 6th of December, got lost in the post. Got a replacement sent mid-December that apparently was delivered on the 3rd of January. Never received the package and they refuse to answer my emails.
Don't bother with them, they just don't care about their customers.

I have ordered from this site before

I have ordered from this site before, it took a while but it definitely came, so it is shocking what has happened this time, I order Kayali Vanilla perfume order no FN76917398 and up till this point, my order isn’t here sent multiple request to customer service, no reply, anytime I track it. I can not order anymore because the option Norway is gone in the shipping. It says nothing on your site that you don't ship to Norway anymore. What have happened? Other customers from Norway are also wondering the same. I can not reach the customer service either in the Chat. It is impossible that's why I'm asking here.

Happy with products but process could be better

Well, all these reviews made me very hesitant to place an order. I did however NEED my loved juicy tubes, and they are not easy (nor cheap) to get in my country. The price difference was insane compared to other sites, so I decided to bite the bullet and gamble €100 away.
The first tracking link I received was a 404 page and got me all in me feelings. Well, lo and behold the package arrived in 5 days on my doorstep during the busy Xmas period.
Was the process smooth? No. Was it worth it? Absolutely.

Ordered somethings for my daughter and stepdaughter.got an email to say its been shipped and even got an email from the courier to say that they were awaiting my order...finally after ages a found a way to contact ye asking where the order is..next day I got an email to say ye had excepted my returns and ye would issue a refund.i tried to email again saying that's not what I wanted to get a reply for a review.never again will I buy from this site
