Misleading and scam agent
I booked through their website for the Tower of London on 04/10/2026 at 09:00 AM（Booking ID 8985722496).
However As per the official Historic Royal Palaces (Tower of London) schedule, the Tower opens at 10:00 AM on Sundays.
I could not make it due to my other schedules after this tour, and they are providing incorrect operating hours constitutes misrepresentation and breach of contract under Consumer Protection Regulations.

The guide did not show up and I paid 160 euros in advance. The service did not assist in correcting the problem, it was an enormous and expensive waste of time.

Paid Nearly Double — Tickets Went Unused & No Refund
AVOID — tickets unusable, no refund, nearly 2× direct price
My father bought Tower of London/Crown Jewels tickets through Feel the City. When we arrived, he could not access the tickets. He called Feel the City while we were standing there and still had time to use them. They did not resolve the issue, the call was ultimately terminated, and the tickets went completely unused.
We requested a refund. They refused.
Their repeated defense is that they originally emailed the tickets. That does not explain why, when a paying customer called because he couldn’t access them, they couldn’t simply help him retrieve/resend them so he could actually use what he purchased. What should have been a 10-minute fix has turned into a formal dispute.
I’ve now specifically asked them to confirm whether these tickets were ever scanned, validated, or redeemed and to preserve the complete recording of my father’s call.
And a warning about price: we were charged approximately DOUBLE the cost of buying admission directly. The price is NOT why we’re requesting a refund—my father agreed to the price. The issue is that the tickets went unused after he contacted them for help. But if you’re considering booking, check the Tower’s direct price first.
We paid nearly twice as much for a middleman, and the one time we actually needed the middleman, they couldn’t solve a basic ticket-access problem.
Save yourself the headache and book directly with the attraction. Would give this company zero stars if possible---
Edit after their response: AS YOU CLEARLY SEE Their response does not address the actual issue… neither has any of the MANY EMAILS I sent to both the email provided and the other email that was unable to provide tickets.

This company is a scam- do not use. They con people into thinking you are using the official website and mark up the price of the tickets massively. They then say you only have 30 mins yo give them your personal details so they can they go ahead and book the tickets from the real website. So when you buy the tickets they don’t actually have the tickets. AVOID-my experience was in Seville realalcazar but I see they operate worldwide

Awful scam
Such a scam. Did not show up to meeting point had to REBOOK basilica tickets because they hold onto them. Says they are a verified guide with these locations but no one knows them. Called to try and get ahold of someone and no answer. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WONT HAVE TICKETS.

Feel The City Tours is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam. I pride myself on being aware of the risks in a digital environment, but I fell hook line and sinker for going to the first site shown on Google to buy tickets for the Alcazar in Seville.
The company charged me nearly 3 times the amount for each of the six tickets that I bought, while adding absolutely no value whatsoever.
Do not be like me and spend the next 48 hours of fuming over the blatant nature of the scam and Google’s willingness to promote a dishonest business to the top of the rankings when there have been hundreds of complaints against it

Based on my booking experience
Based on my booking experience, I was very sceptical about whether the guide would turn up. But he did turn up and was very nice and friendly and knowledgeable. I also met another guide who was doing a different tour and he called the company to make sure my guide was coming. All of that said, the amount paid of around 200 euro for a one hour tour was a rip off and I will be much more cautious whee when booking tickets for these types of places.

This is like a third part company…
This is like a third part company selling tickets and may be called as quite type of scam. The tickets are overpriced compared to the tickets sold by the official site. For example to visit the Vatican Museum you need to pay around 25 euros, they will sell it for 70 euros or more. Be careful with that! They do a very good work to have their site on the top. I didn’t pay attention and didn’t read that they weren’t the official site. For example, what type of site when you buy tickets, you need to go to a bar the day before in order to have your ticket ? The audio guide doesn’t work the most of the time. To conclude, the experience was very bad when you realize how they work and what type of service they give.

I fell victim to a scam
I fell victim to a scam. I asked my wife to buy tickets for Westminster Abbey. She searched for the site on Google and ended up on a company's website; it looked like the official site, so she bought the tickets. We later discovered that she had paid three times the official price per ticket, and the tickets provided were for a different time than the one selected. Despite our persistent efforts—and a warning from the Abbey staff that the site was fraudulent—they refused to issue a refund.

Audio guides not included...this is a scam!
My wife and I toured the Ufizi Gallery in Florence this morning, buying the tickets yesterday from this website. When we entered we went to the audio guide area to pick up our devices and were told it would be a €12 charge for two devices. When I showed them my ticket and said ours should be included, they said no tickets come with the audio guide included, and refused to let us proceed without paying the €12 fee (which we did). I wish I would have waited and bought tickets directly from the gallery, would have saved a lot of money and not had this bad experience. I contacted the company via WhatsApp but haven't heard back. This was extremely disappointing! I gave 2 stars vs. 1 as the gallery itself was quite impressive, I just wish I hadn't overpaid using Feel The City tours!

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO IS POSSIBLE. I strongly recommend being very careful before purchasing Louvre tickets through Feel the City.
I purchased five Louvre tickets through them and was charged €380. I later discovered that the comparable tickets purchased through the official Louvre website would have cost approximately €160 in total.
What made the situation even more concerning was that Feel the City never asked for the ages of the visitors during the booking process. Three of the five people in our group were under 18 and would normally qualify for free admission to the Louvre. Despite this, we were charged for the booking without this being made clear to us.
After realizing the significant price difference, I contacted the company requesting cancellation and a refund. I made this request very shortly after the purchase, but they refused to refund the transaction, stating that the tickets were non-refundable.
I understand that third-party resellers may charge service fees or a markup. However, in my case, the difference was enormous, and I do not believe the pricing and value of what I was purchasing were sufficiently transparent.
Based on my experience, I would not use this company again. Before purchasing Louvre tickets from a third-party seller, I strongly recommend checking the official Louvre website first, carefully comparing the total price, and reviewing the eligibility for free admission, particularly for visitors under 18.

An unpleasant experience
An unpleasant experience—the worst of the entire trip. I feel ripped off. I was charged €245 for a ticket to the dome of St. Peter's Basilica that costs €15 (I have attached a photo of the prices taken on the day of the visit). Admission to St. Peter's Basilica itself is free. I consider this service exploitative and demand a refund of the difference: €245 - €15 = €230. A local police officer advised me to file a formal complaint, a step I will not rule out if I am not refunded the difference between what I was charged and the official rate.
