Although the Freshlook contacts I was looking for were discontinued, there was still a good variety to choose from. Delivery was very fast (next day) and communication about the status was great. I would definitely buy from Feel Good again.

Delivery was super fast and I would not hesitate to purchase off this company again. My parcel arrived well packaged and also contained a packet of haribo. What a lovely touch.
Feel good contacts are 1 of the best retailers i have ever dealt with. When I ordered my ratban sunglasses I accidently forgot to add something to my delivery address, I contacted them via the live chat to advise them of this and about 10 minutes later they rang me and added my correct address to my order, making sure I got them delivered to my workplace. That to me is going above and beyond.

Really Disappointed
This was my first time using this company. The contact lenses did arrive promptly which I must say is impressive, however the quality of the lenses themselves is really poor. They feel really uncomfortable, they dry up in any gust of wind or when the air con is on. I enquired about returning them as the website highlights you can do so. Customer service weren’t helpful at all and explained I wasn’t eligible to return. I wouldn’t use this service or product again. I’ve used Daysoft lenses for a long time now and they are far superior.
