Upon receiving our order of two dog…

Upon receiving our order of two dog bowls, we discovered one was damaged inside the packaging. I anticipated a hassle with requests for photos and such; however, to my delight, they promptly apologized and swiftly dispatched a replacement. It's when issues arise that you truly gauge a supplier's quality, and from this encounter, I was thoroughly impressed. Nonetheless, it's regrettable that the initial packaging wasn't more secure.

Great, friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Ian, Tracey and the team cannot do enough to make sure you have all the correct information to make a purchase if needed.
Huge choice and very good value for money.
Would highly recommend this lovely company.

Buyer beware

Be warned Good pet shop but why is it if you order your items online for delivery or click & collect there cheaper than simply just going into the store to purchase !! You wait days to get confirmation so you can collect & god knows how long delivery would be .Never heard of anything so bad as tjis before & has made me look elsewhere now to buy as why on earth do they have different prices for same items as to shelf price . They pay staff to pick & sort your order & charge high postage but you go yourself & pick your items yourself you pay a lot more . Absolutely no idea & puts customers off . Shoppers beware , try other pet stores locally as there a lot cheaper & quicker .

Supposedly fedex have delivered my item…

Supposedly fedex have delivered my item but no idea where to. You can’t contact fedex as you’re not the account holder and feedem don’t answer either. Expensive delivery for £5.95 and a goose chase to get hold of anyone. Raised a PayPal claim and will leave it to the professionals

Great prices and speedy delivery

Great prices and speedy delivery. Ordered two bags of food on Monday night (with free delivery, as I was not in a rush). Received an email from the courier saying it would be delivered on or before Friday at 6pm - ended up being delivered on Wednesday. Really happy with the service.

Excellent, Speedy Service, customer services second to none. Paid for my order Monday and it was delivered 6.58am on Tuesday morning! Laurence who dealt with my order was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Been waiting for an order since 2/7/22

Been waiting for an order since 2/7/22. Originally it was out of stock. They contacted me and I was happy to wait. On the 15/7/22 was told, after contacting them, the order was on the way. As of 27/7/22 it has still not arrived. Paid through paypal who today have given me a part refund. They have not refunded my postage cost which seems unfair. Several emails and several replies but no order. Just thankful the order was not an expensive one but still out of pocket. Made a note not to use this company again.

Would 100% recommend

I'm glad I did not allow the mixed reviews to put me off my first purchase with feedem. There was a slight issue with one item availability direct from the manufacturer but I can't praise highly enough the speed, continuity and care of the company via email correspondence, adjusted my order at my request and sent on next day delivery. Okay

Prices are competitive and they stock a wide range of products. Delivery time was okay. I was happy with everything apart from the 2 large bags of food for my rabbits, which only had 4 months or less left until the expiry date. Bags I bought elsewhere had a year longer until expiry, so I think these bags are old stock. I wouldn't buy food for my pets from here again but might buy other products

24 hours after my order was placed I got an email to say I would have to pay more for delivery or no order. They should have correct delivery costs on site and would save disappointment and carry on! Could have had it here by now if bought elsewhere

Dreadful service & still waiting for refund

Ordered a large sack of dog food and when it arrived it was not what I ordered. Upon querying this, I was advised that the one I ordered was no longer available from the supplier and I should have been told when ordering. I asked to return it and a collection date was arranged. The driver never turned up. After having to arrange another collection (and having to send several e-mails to chase this up), I then had to check that they had received it as I would not be refunded until that point (they did not contact me). I was advised it had been received and they would process my refund, after waiting nearly 2 weeks with no refund, I then had to contact them again only to be told it had been received several days before and they would pass it onto their accounts team to process the refund (a different story to what I had been told previously). I am still waiting for my refund and although they have given an apology, no explanation has been provided. Will not use this company again

We ordered two dog bowls and…

We ordered two dog bowls and unfortunately one was broken in the box. I expected a faff, send us photos etc but to my pleasant surprise they were very apologetic and sent a replacement out very quickly. You always find out what suppliers are really like when something goes wrong and from this experience I was very impressed - though it is a shame that the bowls weren't packed a bit more carefully to begin with.

Beware not a good company

Ordered two dog bowls from this company took over a week to arrive and when they did instead of dog bowls I had a construction kit as they were in a million and one pieces. Phoned the company thinking I would get an apology and we will look into this immediately and all I got was take a picture send it into us which I did immediately and told to wait while they decided what to do. I'm sorry this is just not good enough by any stretch of the imagation. This is not rocket science bowls broken we are sorry we will send replacements out to you immediately or offer a full refund not leave me hanging when I need this item. It's there fault with the stupid way they were packed two ceramic bowls in an oversized box with no bubble wrap nothing to protect them other than some shredded up cardboard.

How much for FREE DELIVERY

Good site nice prices spend more and get free delivery. UNLESS YOU LIVE IN SCOTLAND! I ordered £44 worth of puppy food and at the END of the next day was asked to pay £25 extra to send it to Aberdeen. That wasn’t a taxi company quoting £25 that was the “courier” so I asked about obtaining more prices, not just for me but for anyone living in any of our seven cities here in Scotland to get a fair price. But the bloke Laurence wright never even considered it only mailed to say it may take a few days to credit it.

Terrible service and complete lack of accountability

This is the second time Feedem have failed to deliver the dog food for my dog. First time they forgot to process/despatch the order and only did something about it when I complained a week later after having absolutely no updates (took the money from my account very promptly though). Second time apparently the courier collected but suddenly got "inundated" with parcels and the item was never delivered within the specified timeframe (still not here after 9 days from ordering). When I queried it, Feedem just wrote back to me to say to wait another 4 days and get back in touch if it still does not arrive.
Very poor customer service and silly me for trusting them twice!
