William from Phuket was great to deal with, found a buyer for a reasonable price that I was happy to sell for, provided great guidance throughout the whole process, answering all my questions and helping out thoroughly.

I was recently in Hua Hin. I tried to book 3 viewings two times and never received a response. A Fazwaz rep in Bangkok told me that they won’t respond to any lease under 65000/mth.

Property Scout was super helpful.

Fazwaz simply pools all rentals then decides if it’s worth an agents time.

As I’m not allowed to respond to Fazwaz. Their reply is bogus. Don’t even try to use them.

Bullshit.

I am trying to view the apartment.. I even put the request to view the dubai property for long term rental purpose.. I just receive a message that we have received your message and will b contacted soon.. I had scheduled for 13th Feb, 8pm...i did this last week... Until now I have not been contacted.. How to view the apartment..

I have listed, relished multiple properties that clone the other ones I’ve spent countless hours refining my ads seek help from the listing department is like talking to a 4 year old, they have a glitch in their web page app they have fixed once then reverts to other ad complexes in different places no help, got hung up on won’t answer calls for help rude unprofessional and disrespectful
I even sent email to CEO about my concerns and disrespectful staff again fell on deaf ears
They want 5%of sales for the countless hours I spent rewriting republishing and still today the listing tech squad have no clues
I’ll list with a real property agent and give them the 3% they ask
The company only loves to bombard you with new development no love here nor respect go elsewhere in my opinion

They do nothing to help with getting repaired done , 3 months been waiting for the pool tiles to be fixed leaking water at approximately 9350 litres every 4 days and hua hin has not a lot of water all they say in the queue , pathetic service from them
