Purporting to have a wide range of condos but regularly pull the 'owner not available' followed by 'we have this one instead'.

Response from Fazwaz below, disingenuous to my mind but also now flagged as defamatory. These are the facts:

1. Requested viewing of property inHua Hin, contact from a helpful agent.
2. Decided against viewing when in location, informed agent.
3. Agent requested our details and brief, provided.
4. New agent reached out, large influx of WhatsApp and email messages. Felt uncomfortable. Declined further viewings.
5. Did our own tour and research, selected a unit in a property we liked and had specifically identified to Fazwaz. Requested viewing via search portal, agency not identified.
6. Previous, vociferous agent from FazWaz responded and agreed time/date to view but only confirmed a different unit in same property. We felt we were being misled and declined.
7. Saw an alternative unit in the same property, requested viewing on our last day via same anonymised portal.
8. Same agent responded, offered two viewings but again neither were of the property we had enquired about directly.

Again, we declined, somewhat exasperated.

There was no pivot from Fazwaz as they were not offering the properties we wanted to see. Based on previous experience with Fazwaz in Pattaya, we believe they may be using unrealistic listings.

Unwelcome and uninvited contact from agent that I did not request or want, use of my information without consent

Our agent, Nit, ensured the process of us renting out our property, was done with the utmost professionalism and care. All the necessary statutory laws were adhered to seamlessly. Excellent communication throughout. Highly recommended.

I asked FazWaz for posting my apartment in Phuket on their website for sale. Mr. Champ Prasitsuwan was very cooperative. He organized within few days a photographer for taking professional photos and a video of the apartment and inserted them in the advertisement. This was all arranged by Mr. Champ, without any work for myself. He also gave me guidlines for a reachable sales price. I think that Mr. Champ far exceeded the expected duty of an employee.

It is hard to put into words how incredibly brilliant and professional Khun Ranya from Fazwaz Bangkok has been during the sale of my condo there.
I have worked with many agents over the years. No-one was anywhere near her exceptional level.

We bought a house in hua hin, and simon from fazwaz helped us to find the right property.
We got in contact via the homepage and he soon replied to us over mail and we had a great chat. Simon asked the right questions and delivered answers. He showed us not just some properties, also told us about additional costs, legal stuff etc. Once we had the chance to go again to hua hin, he was flexible with dates and showed us around, helped to get contact in legal and overall great service.

We were viewing a lot of houses with Deedee. She was very patient and was never tired to show us more. When we finally decided for a house she was always on our side and helped us a lot to negotiate with the owner to get the best for us. Deedee is very professional. I would just like to say what a fantastic experience I have had.

The agent I used was absolutely fantastic very professional very kind. I was buying a condo with my girlfriend so contacted Num Chody . He was fantastic from the start. He found lots of properties. And we had a very upsetting experience my girlfriend’s dad had fallen very ill. So she couldn’t see any more properties so Nun came pick me up and took me to all the condos and bought me back h. Amazing thank you so much. We bought a condo with his help. So easy thanks to his professional help. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

FazWaz have been absolutely amazing to deal with I was buying my property from overseas and they took care of everything and reassured me that everything would be okay. My estate agent Yulia Going is just simply amazing and so patient even answered questions once the property was bought she was always there. Ketkamon also another very professional agent helping me to get tenants in the property and current agent Mew who is absolutely fantastic got a tenant in my property has been fantastic to deal with goes out of her way in every occasion to do the best for my, tenant and upkeep of the condo. All of the agents and solicitors have gone above and beyond and continue to do so even after purchase. I cannot recommend FazWaz enough they are absolutely amazing and I look forward to hopefully future dealings with them.

My experience with Fazwaz, and especially with Amir, has been absolutely first class.
