I expected better service.
I truly enjoy my fatshark goggles when they worked. I've been trying to warranty them out for repairs but they seem to have run out of the part my goggles need to be fixed. It's been about 4 days now since I've got a response back. I'm not sure if their is an alternative route with getting a replacement as I use these very often. It's been about a week and a half since I opened a ticket and I still have not gotten a mailing address, because of them putting me on hold due to part shortage. Just not sure why I'm being punished over their inability to keep parts in stock for this exact reason? The fact that they are making me wait this long doesn't make any sence. And I reach out for progress and ultimately get ignored. I'm just not sure what to think because I was informed on their great customer service. The main reason I got them was for this service I heard of being so good. But I need not only to make the warranty in time due to uncontrollably break inside, but to help with my mothers cancer funds and this just puts everything on hold to the mercy of them. I am in desperate need of a replacement that I have been begging for a response and still get nothing. I hope to resolve this soon, cause I'm getting further and further behind due to their material shortage.
